Hello, the breakfast and dinner were excellent, there was always enough of everything to eat, coffee, juice. The location in also great, offers nice view over the Drašnice and excellent start point to go to Sv. Jura - Biokovo with bike. The staff was really pleasant and friendly.

Cons:

We missed having a small refrigerator to cool the drinks we took to the beach (which was not at the hotel).

Boravak u ovom hotelu je bio izvan svih očekivanja! Sobe su besprijekorno čiste i udobne, osoblje izuzetno ljubazno i uvijek spremno pomoći, a atmosfera topla i prijatna. Osjećali smo se kao kod kuće. Doručak je bio fantastičan – raznovrstan, svjež i obilan, zaista za svaku pohvalu. Definitivno hotel kojem ćemo se rado vraćati i koji toplo preporučujemo svima!

Finger weg von den Studios!

Wir hatten das Studio Nr. 309 für eine Nacht. Es liegt ganz oben am Berg - mit 3 Koffern und der Treppe eine Herausforderung aber machbar. Im Zimmer angekommen waren wir schockiert. Die Möberlierung ist alt, verrostet. Auf dem Badezimmerboden tote wie lebendige Tiere. Wir hatten den Eindruck als hätte man sich für eine Nacht Aufenthalt nicht mehr Mühe gemacht als das Bett frisch zu beziehen. Schäbig für 180 Euro die Nacht. Zwischen den Bildern auf der Homepage und der Realität liegen zumindest bei den Studios Welten. Die normalen Doppelzimmer haben wir nicht gesehen und somit auch kein Urteil möglich. Die Sauberkeit wurde reklamiert und es wurde nach geputzt, dennoch unhaltbar und wir sind am selben Tag abgereist. Es bestand keine Interesse für ein Gespräch, keine Einsicht und auch keinerlei Reaktion auf unser Email. Danke - nie wieder.

Malgrés la déception de la chambre "vue mer" qui ne l'était pas (les 5 premières nuits), très bien.

Très bon emplacement, établissement calme à taille humaine, personnel sympathique et bon petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Il m'a été vendu par Booking une "chambre avec vue sur mer" ce qui n'était pas du tout le cas ! La chambre était à l'extrémité gauche du bâtiment (en regardant la mer), au 2eme étage: en réalité la vue donnait sur le restaurant, et surtout sur l'escalier qui monte à la terrasse supérieure (sur le restaurant) et les canis masquant cette escalier, à 4 m face à notre fenêtre... Il fallait vraiment être collé à la fenêtre et regarder sur la gauche pour voir...la mer. L'établissement a pu nous donner une vraie chambre "vue mer" (extrémité droite du bâtiment) seulement après 5 nuits, pour nos trois dernières nuits... Très insatisfait de cela.
Egalement la terrasse supérieure était un peu à l'abandon (!?), mais terrasse inferieure du resto très bien.

The best part of this hotel is without a doubt the staff, especially Marko, Dragica, and Goran, who were all so kind, professional and helpful. Their warm attitude really made our stay enjoyable. The location is also fantastic, with beautiful sunsets and easy access to everything.

Cons:

We stayed in the bungalows, which had a lot of charm, but the bathroom could definitely use renovation. The shower curtain and tiles were in very very very poor condition.

Cons:

Lo staff mi ha causato un enorme problema poiché ha dimenticato di rendere i documenti il giorno della partenza nonostante sia passato bene 4 volte davanti alla reception. Ero in bicicletta per cui non ho visto subito il messaggio [inviato tramite booking] che mi avvisava ma l'ho visto solo dopo 60 km per cui non potevo tornare indietro in bici. Avrebbero dovuto telefonare.
Risultato: mi hanno mandato i documenti con un taxi per 100 EURO che nessuno mi rimborserá
