The place is simply perfect. Fairytale atmosphere, the lake, the tree houses, a ship on the lake, excellent breakfast.

Cons:

The water flow is excellent, but the water is either cold or hot, there is no middle ground. In addition, the head of the upper shower head has water in its nozzles and the head is also damaged. The water comes out of every hole, just not from the shower head.

Such a great hotel and restuarant
Pros:

This place is very peaceful and welcoming. With four hotels for families and one hotel for couples, it offers comfort for everyone. The surroundings are large and natural, perfect for quiet walks and relaxation. The restaurant is excellent, serving delicious food in a calm setting. What makes it special is that it feels like home, yet also has a touch of luxury that makes the stay even more enjoyable. It is a wonderful place to rest, enjoy nature, and spend time with loved ones. I can’t wait to come here again

Really beautiful place!

Cons:

The staff almost seemed annoyed when asked something. We had two towels for 4 people and had to ask twice to have extra.
The breakfast was bread, some cheese and cucumber and tomatos.
Overall we were just dissapiointed.

Pros:

Luxe en zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam en eerlijk personeel.

Wij hadden het meest luxueuze huisje (waar er maar 1 van is) en dat was echt top!
Vooral het jaccuzi-bad in de slaapkamer was heerlijk!

Cons:

Het complex zelf is prachtig maar ligt wel in the middle of nowhere.
Om het terrein te betreden moet je over een oude spoorrails rijden over een slechte stukje weg, dit is wat minder te noemen.

En un mot: décevant

Le complexe est très joli, la chambre est décorée avec beaucoup de goût, mais...

Cons:

L'accueil est plus que lamentable ! Le personnel est froid et à la limite de la condescendance.
Si ce n'était que ça... Les poissons très (trop ?) nombreux sont MALTRAITÉS, ils revevoivent absolument tout et n'importe quoi à manger (aussi bien par les clients que le personnel de l'établissement), des mouchoirs, du plastiques leurs sont jetés dans le but de les voir réagir à la surface.
Auncun équipement pratique dans la chambre (une poubelle minuscule, rien pour se faire du café).
Le petit déjeuner manque de choix (uniquement du salé).
Une totale déception (surtout par rapport au prix de la chambre dans une bourgade du fin fond de l'Albanie).
