Pros:

Quirky and cute! Staff were excellent and friendly!

Cons:

Our heated towel rail fell off the wall and was disconnected.
Fridge does not work unless you are in the room with keycard in holder, so nothing stays cold.

A great place with wonderful hosts
Pros:

The room was beautiful, welcoming, and clean, the surroundings were like a fairytale, and it was very romantic at night. It had a great restaurant, parking, and they packed us breakfast to go before our long day.

Cons:

Itโ€™s a bit far from central Shkoder, but we preferred that since we had a car (10-15 min).

Pretty place but not tourist ready
Pros:

The setting is very sweet especially if you have children. There is ample parking which is convenient.

Cons:

The place has no reception, so if you require a piece of information or anything in the room, you need you have to speak to a waiter at the restaurant. Unfortunately there was only one person who could speak English and was super helpful but when he was not working it was difficult to communicate. Also, the breakfast was very limited especially if you have children. I had to resort to buy cereal for my younger child to have with milk. We booked a room for the four of us but when we arrived the sofa bed was not prepared. There were no sheets either so I had to ask for clean sheets and lay the sheets myself.

Es war ruhig und wir hatten genug Platz. Allgemein eine schรถne Anlage.

Check-in sehr seltsam - es gibt keine Rezeption. Wollte direkt Barzahlung vorab, aber ohne Quittung. Generell schlechtes Englisch vom Personal, allgemein sehr Wortkarg, kein 'Guten Morgen!', kein 'Brauchen Sie noch etwas?', etc
Zimmer sind viel zu heiรŸ - Klimaanlage ist im unteren Teil des Appartements, unter dem Dach ist es viel zu heiรŸ im zu schlafen. Haben zu viert auf der Ausziehcouch geschlafen
Wenig Handtรผcher - nur zwei Handtรผcher im Bad fรผr vier Personen
Nur ein Zimmerschlรผssel - wenn man unterwegs ist lรคuft ohne Schlรผssel die Klimaanlage nicht. Haben nachgefragt, es gibt nur einen Schlรผssel

Wir waren in Summe zwei Nรคchte hier und wรผrden niemanden empfehlen hierher zu kommen wenn man bei Hitze schlecht schlafen kann.
