Pros:

La recepcionista busco soluciones a mi problema aunque no se pudo por el portal booking que no me ha respondido aun de mi devolucion

Cons:

La cama era muy dura y le falta reacondicionamiento a las instalaciones por lo menos el cuarto que estuve

Bon pour une nuit étape
Pros:

L'emplacement est bien à 10-15 mn à pied du centre historique.
On a pu rentrer la voiture sur le parking mais il n'y a que 2 places sinon.
La literie est correcte.
Bien pour une nuit et prix tout à fait correct.

Cons:

La chambre était très sombre et nous n'avons pas profité de la piscine car l'eau avait l'air douteuse.

The staff was incredibly rude. In booking I’ve always payed ahead any of my stays with no problem when I get there. I made the reservation for my older parents and the guy was rude to them and when I got to speak to him we was extremely unprofessional I am leaving the pictures of how rude and unprofessional his response was. I never said I wasn’t going to pay, if it was a mistake from both sides that’s fine, he could of explained it kindly but he got an attitude

Chambre spacieuse et lumineuse.
Douche chaude.
Lit kingsize très confortable.
Parking fermé et sécurisé pour la voiture de location.
Bien situé dans la ville pour se rendre à pieds sur les lieux touristiques

Cons:

Un peu de poussière sous le lit et l'armoire penderie mais rien de grave. L'hôtel reste très bien niveau qualité/prix.
