Pros:

The owner communicated very well from the beginning to the end. She was not there but her mom and and staff took good care of us. We arrived super late at night and it was no problem at all. Everything was prepared for us. We even got a upgrade into a room on the second floor.
The room and the bathroom were biiig, the shower nice and the breakfast was delicious and well sized!
There is also a nice, clean pool and the whole homestay is right next to the river, so you get to have breakfast with a view.
If we had more time, we'd definitively stayed for longer!

Perfect loacted for trips to the Phong Nha Caves
Pros:

Overall a nice place with a really nice family. Room was clean and spacious. However, the accommodations might need refreshing here and there. Breakfast was good and plentiful for us. Location is perfect for trips to the caves or the duck farm. Grab is available. We received a little food bag with water on the day of departure and before our 8h bus trip to Hoi An - that was really nice.

Cons:

Pool was very cloudy which was justified with rain before. However, we had other pools on our trip under same conditions which were super clear. After some doubts we finally used the pool with no issues. Also we arrived and were right away hit with tour suggestions. I think it was done with good intentions, but it felt a bit out of place at that moment. Anyway, no problem later that we did our own thing :)

Pros:

Great place to stay!!! Quiet, across the road from the river. Staff were so kind and helpful and breakfast was yummy!! Pool is huge and so refreshing after a long day of exploring! Wonderful spot, would have loved to had stayed longer!!

We had a wonderful three-night stay at this villa in Phong Nha, and it was truly one of the highlights of our trip.
A special thank you to Linh, one of the hosts, who made our stay absolutely amazing. She was incredibly attentive, responsive, and always ready to help. What we appreciated most was how well she understood our wishes and customized everything for us.
Linh organized all of our tours according to our requirements. We had an amazing 10-kilometer trek in Paradise Cave, and she also arranged a customized tour to another caves on the different day. Everything was perfectly organized and tailored to what we wanted.
She also customized breakfast for us, which was such a lovely touch. And after a long day of exploring and trekking, Linh recommended a massage place in Phong Nha, it turned out to be exactly what we needed and was absolutely wonderful.
The villa itself is very nice, and the restaurant on the property is excellent. We really enjoyed the food there, the dishes were delicious and it was so convenient to have such a good restaurant right at the villa.
But what really makes this place special is the people. Linh is an amazing host โ€” warm, caring, attentive, and genuinely willing to go the extra mile to make sure her guests have a great experience.
We are very grateful for her hospitality and everything she did for us. Highly recommended if you are staying in Phong Nha!

Clean and quiet, bit far from center
Pros:

Clean and quiet, location at the river is nice.

Cons:

Staff was sometimes very friendly and some of them were not. Location is a bit far from the busy street with good restaurants and supermarkets, didn't realise prior to booking.
