Ein empfehlenswertes Homestay. Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer im Obergeschoss. Personal sehr freundlich. Vermittlung von Touren. Frühstück/Essen einfach aber schmackhaft. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Danke Lin.
I liked the location and the friendly staff. They are sometimes a little pushy trying to sell their tours but the rooms are spacious with a big glass front.
The puppies were cute
That the host lied about police cracking down on motorbikes as she wanted us to buy a tour instead of hiring bikes. We were going ro buy a tour anyway. The lying was unnecessary

Owner threatened us some hours before arrival not to help us get transfer to the hotel if we did not book a tour from them. They knew already we would be arriving at 3 am and it would not be possible to find a way to get the there (the bus drop off was not even far by car, 5 minutes). They did not give much info on the tour and insisted on trusting them about which one is best. Also, breakfast was tasty but only one menu item per person and one drink, not even water so do not buy in advance, better to buy on premises to avoid additional charges.
It’s a lovely place not far from the center of the town. The ferry point is 1km. The rooms are spacious and clean. It is a family run place and run professionally. The dining options are plenty. I didn’t eat elsewhere except when on the tours. They have a swimming pool as well. Linh, runs a tight ship and she is friendly and efficient. The place is right next to the river and you actually cross it by boat while going to Phong Nha cave. Keep minimum 3 nights here if you want to do some adventure activities and relax a bit as well. I have travelled to many places in Vietnam but none was as peaceful when one is looking for peace, and none as adventurous when looking for adventure.

Czysto, duży pokój, duża łazienka.
Brak windy w obiekcie. Personel niezbyt uczynny. Jechaliśmy na lotnisko o 6 rano, gdy pytaliśmy o śniadanie usłyszeliśmy tylko ze jest o 7 rano.

It’s a very good location; one can see the River across the road. It’s the extended bar belong to the hotel. You can sit there in the evening to enjoy the scenery.
If the owner can charge a little more and use it to upgrade the facility.
Located towards at the end of the town, very quiet especially at night. Nice terrace just accross the road with the river view to enjoy food or just a drink.
Room is spacious, has many power outlets which is very convenient, bed was comfortable and overall very clean.
Bathroom was impressively big and for once i was glad to have the shower separated by a glass, so no wet floor after showering like in most of the accomodations until now.
A/C silent and efficient, good wifi signal.
The owners are a very nice family and they try always to assist you the best they can. Since i had the midnight bus, after check out they were kind to store my luggage for the day and offered me the possibility to have a shower before departing.
Very good value for money, definitely recommend it!
Some minor downsides.
They did not have the room with mountain views i booked due to some technical problwm, so they offered me another room on the ground floor adjusting the price since the new one was a bit cheaper (not a problem since it was one night only). They only problem is that you will need to close the curtains at all times in order to have privacy.
The air in the room felt a little humid but it was not an issue for me as you can compensate it with the dry mode in the A/C
Very clean, well staffed, catered to making guests happy with free , scooter rentals, very pretty setting with a clean pool. The mother greater is at the front at 3:30 am after arriving by bus. So thoughtful.

Die Chefin versuchte andauernd eine überteuerte Tour oder Massage zu verkaufen, Noch bevor wir richtig angekommen waren. wurde schon über Zusatzverkäufe gesprochen.Beim Frühstück kostet ein zweiter Kaffee extra.
