시설 개선 및 청결 유지 필요(아름다운 뷰로 약간 용서)
Pros:

위치가 너무 좋었습니다. 아름다운 호수와 산은 힐링 그 자체입니다.

Cons:

글램핑 숙소에 묵었는데 2층 침대 침구가 전혀 정리되어 있지 않고 파리 사체가 너무 많았습니다.
문도 잠기지 않고 마실물도 제공 되지 않았습니다.
가격에 비해 서비스가 좋지 않았던 것 같습니다.

Everything should be improved because your location is the best when compare to another hotel

Location is the best for kolsay lake
but the roadway to the hotel very dangerous

Cons:

Price of my room is 252euros but
The room isn’t clean staffs were not nice
No water ,no chairs in the room ,no heater ,the last No glass in the room,we travel around the world ,Price of the room is very high but not well service ,should be improved everything

There is spider in the room!
Shower water heater in the morning is not working,
No one in the reception in the morning
The breakfast is 200m away downhill going back to your room uphill
Staff is not accommodating

只满意景色，经济比不高
Pros:

景色非常美

Cons:

没有WiFi，停电，酒店不主动提供水，有事情联系都需要反复到前台沟通，不然都是口头答应然后没有下文。
酒店在非常难走的山里，没有人联系留言前置告知，有行李的是不可能能自己到达的。

Вид захватывающий, локация великолепная, но на этом пожалуй все.

Cons:

Общее состояние глэмпинга оставляет желать лучшего.
В шатре не работал обогреватель, отсутствовал стульчак на унитазе, вай фай также не работал.
На полу была вода, которая стекала со стен глэмпинга
Ручки на дверях отваливаются и не закрыть двери
Необходим ремонт внутри глэмпинга

很棒，超预期
Pros:

地理位置那是绝对的值得！遥望着湖，很舒适，感觉很不错，，接送也到位！晚餐我们也去了tary，很不错，很惬意

可能设施需要更新，还有停电了两次的问题
