De locatie. Aan de boulevard en omgeven met mooie historische panden.

Cons:

De AC werkt niet optimaal , volgens personeel omdat de zon de hele dag schijnt op het gebouw aan die kant.

O alegere inspirata pentru o noapte
Pros:

Locatia este centrala. serviciile sunt foarte bune, oamenii sunt deosebit de amabili si doritori sa fie de folos. Micul dejun a fost foarte gustos, produsele proaspete si cu siguranta ai ce alege. Camera curata si vederea la apus a fost minunata. As mai veni, atunci cand am drum in Arad, am preferat cazarea aici decat la hotelul Coandi, de exemplu

Este un hotel vechi, refacut, multe insa au ramas unde erau. Este scump ca si preturi, insa la dimensiunea pe care o are ar fi greu de intretinut altfel.

Locația hotelului este foarte bună, parcarea mare, personalul foarte amabil și m-au ajutat repede într-o situație destul de complicată cu o rezervare prin booking. Deși am avut o cameră lângă lift, nu am avut nicio neplăcere, bine izolat fonic. Micul dejun foarte bun și foarte variat.

Pros:

We received the room we had requested on the 10th floor, and the view was beautiful. The towels and bathrobes were changed daily, and we were regularly provided with slippers, bottled water, and coffee. The hotel was peaceful and quiet, making it ideal for a relaxing vacation. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only area that could be improved is hygiene and cleanliness, which should be maintained at a higher standard.

Cons:

The breakfast selection was the same every day, and the air conditioning in the restaurant was excessively cold.

Cons:

Oprirea la hotel a fost planificata din timp dar nu ne-am incadrat in planul nostru orar personal -am ajuns dupa 14 ore de mers din Croatia si am intalnit si un accident in Ungaria. Este prima oara cand intalnesc o camera fara cos de gunoi (doar cel din baie) si nu au fost verificate cutiile cu seturile de igiena (erau goale). A 2a zi am plecat devreme ca sa ajungem in Bucuresti. Orice dulap de hotel are o perna de rezerva -aici nu. Avand in vedere ca nu se puteau rezolva deficientele mentionate este bine de verificat camera inainte de predare catre client/turist
