Very little. Staff polite, sweet woman serving breakfast.
Terrible bedding/pillows. 100% polyester or some such. No functioning lift and steep, very long staircase. Hopeless for anyone unfit/elderly. Tiny bathroom squished into the corner of the room. Feels like nothing has been upgraded for 30 years.
Das Personal war super freundlich und zuvorkommend! Ich durfte mach Anfrage früher einchecken als 15 Uhr. Mein Gepäck wurde vom Personal hochgetragen.
Das Bad war mit unterschiedlichen Pflegeprodukten ausgestattet (z.B. Shampoo, Conditioner, Duschgel, Badesalz).
Die Auswahl für das Frühstück war vielfältig und qualitativ auch hochwertiger (z.B. nicht nur eine billige Salami, sondern Chorizo) - auch auf Unverträglichkeiten sind sie eingegangen (z.B. Cappuccino mit Hafermilch anstatt Kuhmilch).
Die Lage ist phänomenal.
Leider hört man die Geräusche (schreiende Menschen in der Nacht, Müllabfuhr).
Die Dusche ist eine kleine Badewanne, aber zum Stehen fand ich es etwas unangenehm.

Location, location, location! Beautiful hotel in historical building and in historical center of Nuremberg. Walking distance to major tourist attractions, plentiful restaurants and bars. Two room suite was very nice and although on top floor and elevator being out of service, that didn't make our stay less enjoyable. Great staff, friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast with many choices. Parking space, requires reservation, is a great plus if one travels by car.
We were there during a heatwave, 31 deg. C in May and it was a bit hot in the room, but not a big deal. Two Dyson fans definitely helped.
This hotel is in a great location, central but not too far from the station. The room had everything we needed, the robe and slippers was a lovely bonus and the Dyson fan was very much needed. Breakfast was good, the option was there to have a fresh omelette or eggs of your choice if you wanted. What really made our stay was the lady who greeted us at reception, showed us up to our room, served us our breakfast and was cleaning rooms when we checked out and came to check us out and store our bags whilst we went to the museum. She is the only person we saw for our 2 night stay and she was fantastic, am so sorry I didn’t get her name. Friendly and helpful and always smiling despite doing everything.
The lift looked very dodgy so we never used it despite being in the top floor.

L’ascenseur en panne
A beautiful building in an excellent location, a short walk from the train station and right in the centre of the city. Yet despite being in the centre of the city our room was very quiet, we slept very well every night. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfasts were great and the staff were all, without exception, friendly and helpful.

Staff were very helpful, great location, thought we would hear lots of noise trying to sleep but we were at the back of the property and this was not an issue
Maybe a bar but honestly we were so close to the centre of everything it did not hardly matter
