EV charger was great to have, but FYI one of the two were out of order. Clean room, friendly staff.
Breakfast was not fresh (arrived shortly after it started) so wasn't good at all. Hotel is dated but they're doing renovations now.

Location was great for the purpose of my trip.
When I booked online it showed a room available and allowed me to make a reservation without issue just after 12 am I was driving long distance in poor weather to get there and was not sure where my stopping point was going to be because of roads so I waited to book until l knew if I could get all the way to my destination. Upon arrival the front desk (about 1230am) I was informed that there was no reservation for my stay, even though I had confirmation number on the phone for him. He said because it was past midnight then I booked the system resets at 12-1am and it shows I missed my check in for the date I booked and therefore I was not able to check in. I then had to call bookings to get them to refund me so he could book me by just using their system in house. With it already being late this was very frustrating to have to be on hold and wait for a solution as the booking was noon refundable and the hotel wouldn't just honour it because I arrived after 12am (which I travel a lot and have done this without issue many times at all different hotels and location). It was 2am by the time I got into my room, which was not the type I booked because he said they were all booked. I stayed in a queen room vs a king bed and the bathroom door was so close to the toilet your knees hit it while you were sitting. There was also no hand soap in the bathroom as the bottle was empty. Overall a very frustrating experience, especially when you are getting up at 730am to sit in a conference all day after very little sleep.
