Pros:

Csodaszép szállás, a szobák nagyon ízlésesen vannak berendezve, nagy ágy és egy kis balkon is tartozik a szobákhoz.

A reggeli nagyon finom, helyi sajtokat is felszolgálnak.

Mélygarázsban, illetve a hotel előtt lehet parkolni.

Nagyon jó helyen van a szállás, közel a belváros és az éttermek.

A személyzet segítőkész és nagyon kedves :)

Kleines, preisgünstiges Hotel in ruhiger Lage nahe bei der Altstadt und wichtigen Museen. Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor dem Haus. Wir hatten kein Frühstück mitgebucht, doch hat uns ein Hotelmitarbeiter ein ganz ausgezeichnetes Frühstückslokal in einer Villa mit Garten am Hauptboulevard (Ebel, Boul. Republika) empfohlen. Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden.

Una casa amplia, pero claramente más adecuada para un máximo de 4 personas en nuestro caso éramos 5.
No dispone de cocina y eso no nos gustó, ya que se anuncia como una villa, y en este caso consideramos que no debería faltarle absolutamente nada siendo una villa.
Al menos Habría sido muy útil contar con una cafetera, platos, cubiertos, vasos etc..
e incluso encontrar algo de fruta en la nevera, especialmente teniendo en cuenta el precio de 100€ por noche y la ubicación.
Por las noches solemos comer bastante fruta y no teníamos dónde guardarla ni prepararla cómodamente.
También tuvimos problemas con la puerta del baño: en dos ocasiones mi madre se quedó encerrada durante unos 30 minutos sin poder salir, y la segunda vez su amiga estuvo encerrada unos 20 minutos, lo cual nos generó bastante inseguridad.
El suelo del lavabo después de mojarse resbalaba muchísimo y el sifon daba la sensación que estaba tapado por dentro ya que el agua no se iba. Además, la primera noche pasamos mucho frío, ya que solo había sábanas y únicamente una manta para 5 personas. El jacuzzi del baño, en la práctica, solo sirve para estar, ya que con el calentador de agua no es posible llenarlo ni a la mitad.
Por otro lado, aunque pedimos que nos lavaran la ropa, habríamos agradecido disponer de una lavadora, ya que no nos sentimos cómodos con que la lavaran por nosotros. También se mencionó que nos ofrecieron cafés gratis, pero en la reserva de Booking se indicaba que el desayuno estaba incluido, por lo que entendemos que los cafés deberían estarlo también, al menos según nuestras costumbres en Europa. Aun así, en general quedamos algo satisfechos con nuestra estancia, pero no es un alojamiento al que volveríamos, ya que resulta bastante caro para lo que ofrece. La casa esa bien, pero le faltan muchos detalles para justificar los 100€, en estándares europeos sería simplemente una casa, no una villa. En definitiva, tuvimos una experiencia aceptable, pero no repetiríamos🙏

Cons:

Sobre todo nos molestó MUCHO que, al haber alquilado toda la casa, hubiera tres cámaras de seguridad en el patio grabando toda nuestra estancia, incluso con sonido, según pudimos comprobar e investigar. En Europa, algo así sería ilegal y constituiría una falta muy grave contra la privacidad de los huéspedes. 🙏
