Pros:

Big thank you to the lovely staff - super friendly and helpful. Location is great, just a few meters from the slope & walkable distance to New Gudauri. Peaceful and great views. The rooms are big enough, clean and also with beautiful mountain views. The food in the restaurant is very tasty. Overall we had a great time and would definitely come back!

Cons:

Nothing to add. Great stay!

Great for skiing !
Pros:

If you are a skier the location is amazing! You are literally on a slope very close to a chairlift that brings you up!
Also the staff was very friendly in comparison to the rest of the service at the restaurants and cafes in Gudauri! Especially Lia is very sweet and helpful!

Cons:

The breakfast was not satisfying and with little options. Also it was unclear if an americano coffee is included in the price as one day they offered us and another day they charged it.

Pros:

Семейная атмосфера в отеле, благодаря персоналу. Отличное расположение: встегиваешься в сноуборд и выезжаешь прямо на трассу к подъемнику, а так же съезжаешь с горы прямо с трассы ко входу в отель. Не нужно дополнительно трансфер от/до подъемников.
Отличные виды из номеров на горы-как фотообои. Все номера либо с балконом, либо с выходом на террасу, что позволяет любоваться видом не только из окна, но и с улицы.
Чистые и новые номера. Потрясающие завтраки и дополнительная еда в отеле.
Были группой друзей из 8 человек. В столовой отеля есть просторное лобби, в котором можно проводить вечера большой компанией, играя в настолки, PlayStation или смотря YouTube на большом экране.

Nice hotel if you do not mind walking a bit to reach areas of interests (fx. restaurants, ski shops)
Pros:

The room was good for me and my child. The view from the room is amazing.
Staff was also amazing.
My child liked the pepperoni pizza made at the hotel and she had it almost everyday.

Cons:

The restaurant is not open for breakfast and for dinner. Even if it is understandable, it is a bit annoying if you would like to use the kitchen service outside of the opening hours. Also because the hotel is a bit isolated from restaurants, needing a bit of walk to reach them. Also, the hotel is not reachable by transport means if there is massive snow - you need to walk the remaining 200 meters and the hotel collects your luggage so you can walk more easily which is good.
We had an incident in the kitchen whereby my child broke a glass and I was surprised to be asked to pay for it. That is a bit greedy in my opinion!
I also missed a trash bin in the room which felt a bit annoying every time I had to get rid of something.

Everything.. The location, the view, the food and especially the staff, simply wonderful

Cons:

Getting to the hotel is not easy if you dont ski in and out but once you know your ski way in and out its just perfect

Pros:

Відпочивали в цьому готелі 4 дні, все дуже сподобалося. Дуже зручно що можна спускатися з лиж прямо від дверей готелю, так само ввечері можна приїхати на лижах прямо до дверей.
Дуже смачна курка по чкмерульські - всім раджу.
Дуже гарна та привітна атмосфера.

Pros:

Отель просто фантастический! Маленький, уютный и очень комфортный. Вид из номера шикарный (и все номера выходят в одну сторону, так что неудачных вариантов тут просто нет). Очень современный, свежий и стильный. Номера тёплые и уютные! Местоположение вообще прекрасное. Достаточно уединенный и тихий, но в удобной доступности от подъемников и другой инфраструктуры.
Отдельно хочу отметить сервис и обслуживание. Все сотрудники очень приветливые и вежливые — чувствуется забота о гостях на каждом этапе. Чудесные завтраки в ресторане с панорамным видом. Кухня заслуживает отдельного упоминания: меню не самое обширное, но всё очень вкусно, а порции огромные! По сравнению с туристическими кафе в основной части курорта — просто потрясающе.
В следующий раз в Гудаури — только здесь будем останавливаться! Огромная благодарность команде отеля за тёплый приём. Однозначно рекомендую это место!

Best and sunniest place to stay in Gudauri with amazing service!
Pros:

Look no further! I was recommended this hotel by a Gudauri local and I was very happy I chose to stay here. The staff are amazing, very hospitable, and welcoming!

Cons:

First of all, the roads aren’t walkable in Gudauri, unless you stay right next to the main resort you will have to get taxis to where you need to go. This hotel was situated well but even if another place (like Tsar Bani) looks close by on foot it’s not advisable to walk on the main road with trucks going by and with the snow there is no shoulder to walk on.

Это лучший отель в Гудаури,мы были в компании друзей и я думаю если бы мы остановились бы в другом отеле наш отпуск не был бы таким же хорошим,весь персонал просто потрясающий ,все очень дружелюбные,мы очень полюбили этот отель,обязательно вернемся ❤️
