I've written a previous review and all the good points still stand. However.......

Cons:

I stayed here before in a large room with a balcony and absolutely loved it, so I came back. However the only rooms they had available were singles so I took it, only £2 less per night but the standard difference is insane.
It's like staying in a different hotel, room wise. Not as clean, awful smells from the bathroom, noisier from the road. Bugs and frogs in my room, I'm fairly certain there's something living in the mattress I can hear scratching coming from inside!
So basically the hotel is absolutely wonderful just don't stay in the single rooms they are not good at all!

Pros:

Looked pretty, the room was very nice apart from the dead flys all over the bed.

Cons:

When we checked in there was dead flys all over the bed, the lady said it was where the cleaner had sprayed and they had died she then just sweeped then away with a brush and did not changed the covers. Ended up having to pay a parking fine as they didn’t explain we couldn’t park for the food market and then made us pay a fine to the motorbike company they rent off because THEY didn’t get us a receipt or any documents that we rents the bike from them. Very bad service. Was not our fault so they should have paid the fine. They didn’t have any money in the till so couldn’t changed money. Had a few problems and they couldn’t really help because they didn’t speak English.

Pros:

The room was beautiful, overlooking the pool with a balcony.
Huge room!
Massive bed! Really comfy bed. Clean.
The staff is very friendly. Breakfast is included and good!
Lovely pool area.
Great laundry across the road, honestly use her she's great!
I like the general look of the hotel it's very boutique colonial style.
I actually came back and stayed here again which after 2 months of travelling I've never done!
It's quite not too much outside noise

Cons:

The air con wasn't really up to much, because of the size of the room and the slight disrepair of the AC unit. Still, it's fine and better then nothing.
The fridge is insane, don't put anything in there! It freezes in just an hour or two, ruined my drinks in there as in they were frozen solid.
A few more hangers would be handy.
Also don't get an in room massage, she's very good etc it's not her fault but she is not provided with any equipment, I sort of assumed she'd have a mobile bed or at least a special face pillow but no, you just lie on your bed and have your face squished into a pillow so you can't breathe or have to crick your neck to the side to breath, basically really unpleasant.

Pros:

La habitación muy amplia con acceso directo a la piscina que esta muy bien. Tiene frigorífico y aire acondicionado. Cama comoda y baño muy amplio. Desayuno con opciones y muy bueno y completo.Alquilan motos por 12$ dia.

Cons:

Tuvimos que revisar la factura porque estaba mal el importe final cobrándonos de más. El wifi no funciona bien en la habitación, no nos limpiaron la habitación aun con el cartel puesto desde por la mañana temprano. La ubicación es muy buena si quieres ir a angkor pero queda lejos de la zona de ambiente y mercados, pero se puede ir con tuctuc.

Guter, ruhiger Ausgangspunkt für Angkor
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum und vergleichsweise ruhig. Angkor Wat ist sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind riesig und sehr sauber. Der Pool ist nett. Das Frühstück war sehr reichlich.

Cons:

Die Betten sind relativ unbequem aber nicht die schlechtesten, die wir in Kambodscha hatten. Das Englisch des Personals könnte besser sein. Dafür sind sie sehr freundlich.

Pros:

At Prana Hotel, I appreciated the kindness and honesty of the staff. They were welcoming, polite, and helpful during my stay. The hotel itself shows some signs of wear and could benefit from some renovation, but the attitude and professionalism of the people working there make the stay pleasant. Their friendliness and sincerity were noticeable and contributed positively to the overall experience.

Cons:

What I did not particularly appreciate: although the room was clean, it was quite worn and showed clear signs of damage and aging. The air conditioning did not work very well, which made the room less comfortable, especially considering the local climate. There was no refrigerator in the room, which may be inconvenient for some travelers.

In the bathroom, the water was not really hot and the shower took a long time to drain, producing a noticeable suction noise.

During the night, several dogs in the street were fighting and barking quite loudly, which unfortunately made it difficult to sleep. The breakfast was also quite simple and not particularly good compared to what can usually be found.

Only one small 30 cl bottle of water was provided in the room, which felt a bit limited.

I only stayed one night and, for one night, it did the job with some difficulty. That said, it is also possible that I was given one of the least pleasant rooms in the hotel, which can always happen.

Petit hôtel, peu de chambres donc très calme et à échelle humaine. Personnel très attentionné et gentil !
Joliment décoré, piscine très agréable, bon repas variés et excellent petit déjeuner.

Très bon rappprt qualité/prix. Super établissement.
Pros:

Personnel aux petits soins, prestations de qualité
Sur la route d’Angkor et un peu à l’écart de l’agitation de la ville. Plages horaires d’ouverture du petit déjeuner et de la piscine parfaites.
