Pros:

Staff were great. I left a bag when i stayed in 1 room and when i moved to other room it waa ready straight away at 11 too. I left a small bag in room and they brought it srraight away to me.

Cons:

Only complaint was only 1 washing machine and 1 dryet

Nice stay
Pros:

The room is spacious with the basic facility available. Clean and tidy. The staff is nice. Close to Palais Theatre when I attend concert. Some restaurants and grocery store nearby.

Cons:

Sometimes there is noisy machine sound. Only basic amenities provided and you have to bring your own amenities like shower cap.

PLEASE STOP ASKING ABOUT ARRIVAL TIME

Cons:

Hated receiving phone calls about arrival time, Tex MSG's about arrival time, emails about arrival time. Im in town for work i don't always know my schedule to the minute. never experienced this before at any other hotel... Insane. I stayed last year at the same time an got flash backs. Just have the room ready after 2pm like every other place in the world .. easy
