Thanks to the friendly staff!
Pros:

Location was good! Staff were friendly!

Cons:

It was more like a back packers vibe and would work for many I’m sure. It was clean but it lacked amenities. Could do with a new coat of paint, new carpets, new furniture and a nice bed head and a bigger TV, I had to almost wear binoculars to see the TV from the bed.

Lovely place
Pros:

The beds were comfy, the room was spacious, staff was very helpful, location was good.

Great position for shows at palais theatre

Cons:

The light in the airco switch was very bright and couldn't be turned off even when the airco was off it lit up room right at bed head only a minor issue

Bad... In fact, worst experience.
Pros:

The worst management, rude and disrespectful behavior, acted as if they were doing me a favor. I stayed there for a month and yet no respect for the guests by the management. The lower staff are good and friendly but the management is pathetic, rubbish and absolute nonsensical.

Cons:

Housekeeping staff was efficient and the reception staff but there is huge issue with the management. Absolutely absurd and filth.

Nice and close to everything is a great thing
Pros:

It was in walking distance to things
The beds were ok
The shower pressure was good

Cons:

The shower was a bit dirty on the bottom of the door with built up grim and the window ledge had dust build-up on them
1 small milk isnt enough for 4 ppl for coffee
1 small shampoo n stuff isnt enough for 4 ppl if the room is booked for 4 ppl there should be enough stuff for 4 ppl to use

The car park gate wasnt working right in the morning it only opened enough for a person to walk thu so everyone leaving inc us had to push the gate open to get our cars out of the place

The bins are to small for the room

But over all for what it is the place was good

Great place to stay in St Kilda

We regularly stay at the Cosmopolitan, it is very convenient and comfortable and the staff are always friendly.

Fantastic location, quiet, good secure parking
Pros:

Close walking distance to the Palais Theatre, restaurants, Luna spark and the beach. The studio apartments were out the back and very quiet, no street noise at all. Comfy bed, good cooling/heating. Everything we needed!

Cons:

The decor is a bit dated but for the price it was till clean and functional
