Fine if you're only staying a short time or not spending much time in the room.
Pros:

Location was good if you want to be in St Kilda. Check-in/out was smooth. Internet worked great. It was pretty clean. It was cheap. Perfectly fine if you're staying a night or two or if you're just using the hotel to sleep in.

Cons:

Noise, there is a main road with trams going past the window very closely regularly until very late in the night (2am for us). The bathroom bin smelled of cigarettes and had ash in it. The bed was not comfy. The room was very dark, even with the lights on. Room was very small and did not look like the picture in the advert (the ad looked bigger and more polished). We left early due to noise and how dreary the room was.

Great location
Pros:

Great location close to the Palais Theatre so we could easily walk to the event. Secure onsite parking was a huge positive

Nice stay close to everything
Pros:

Hotel was located close to eateries, beach and Luna Park. Public transport short walking distance.

Cons:

A toaster, plates and cutlery would be handy. $25 per day for car parking.

Great place to stay in St Kilda 👌
Pros:

Close to St Kilda beach, Palais Theatre & Luna Park. Great food options nearby. Helpful staff, explained everything well. Easy to get around the hotel. Clean, neat, tidy and roomy rooms.

Cons:

The beds were on wheels and kept moving and my pillow kept falling off all night, comfortable otherwise. The cooling system was noisy and had to turn off to sleep, lucky was a cool night. Everything else was good, thanks

Inhumane treatment and doesn't value what you talked about. Unprofessional asked me to leave Feb 11 when I asked for a quotation till 15.

Staff treated me like disposable even I already told them I'll stay for a week.
Pros:

It was convenient, near to Acland where the fun and party happens. Alot bars, restaurants to choose from.

Cons:

Staff didn't clean my room even I asked nicely and personally the housekeeping or the cleaner


I was quoted till 15 of Feb. I was asked to leave today 11 or Feb and they charged me 150 because I wasn't able to check out on time. They are money face and doesn't how to have customer service. They need training and know how to have more customers. Very bad service especially from the Manager he said it was fully booked and it wasn't.

Inhumane treatment, I was charged 260-280 for that room in Sunday. 1 bedroom apartment.

A bit Shabby but location is great
Pros:

l love the location

Cons:

the bed l requested was supposed to be a queen size bed or king and it was a double but more annoyingly the shower would only spray water above my bed towards the wall so l couldn’t get my water to fall on me.
Also the toilet paper was not a full roll on our arrival not the end of the world but you expect things to be completely made up and in working order when you pay for it.
l like staying at the cosmopolitan but this was a bit disappointing
