Close to tram stop

Fantastic location. A clean and comfortable stay.
Pros:

There was no food provided. The location is excellent and resteraunts and cafes are in abundance.

Cons:

The toilet was so small you had to be a contortionist to reach the toilet paper

Pros:

Beds were very comfortable; bathroom was updates and clean. The location was excellent and close to shops, Palais and bars.

Cons:

The team at the front desk charged my friend a bond even though she was not the person who booked the room or the person who left her credit card details. I also wanted to pay for parking but they had already charged her. The check in was confusing and not simple. I had already filled out the link sent to me but it hadn't worked apparently.

The stay contributed to a very pleasant weekend.
Pros:

Location: selection was based on the proximity of the Palais Theatre which we attended. A bonus was the matching convenience of the tram stop.

Cons:

The absence of a second chair in the king room. The 2 bedside lights controlled only by one switch.

Pros:

Close to where we needed to be. Not sure if the car behind a locked gate is the norm here but we certainly didn’t have to worry about parking.

Cons:

Although the reception was nice and up to date. The room was tired but then it was only one night so ok for this trip
