*Please note that from March 7th 2025 to April 23rd 2025 the hotel will have some special arrangements as follow:
-1 Opening of the building Sol Palmanova II. The Sol Palmanova I´s building and its facilities will remain closed.
-2 There will be one 4.8 foot deep pool. The children's pool and the lake pool will remain closed.
-3 Baby Club open 5 days a week (5.30 hours TBA).
- 4 Miniclub open 7 days a week.
-5 Daytime and evening adult entertainment.
-6 All rooms have a bathroom with a bathtub as well as we have rooms for the disabled with an accessible shower.
-7 The hotel has a Buffet Restaurant, Lounge Bar and snack served inside the restaurant.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Can be better
Pros:

Location is great and the rooms were of an okay size

Cons:

Overly crowded with groups of rowdy families. We were woken 1st night by screaming and banging on doors at 2am then on the 2nd night to a brawl and large fight in the corridor along with a lady screaming her head of for them to stop.

Bom, mas com pontos a melhorar também!
Pros:

Localização, pequeno-almoco e instalações do quarto!
Funcionários simpaticos principalmente os da recepção e das atividades exteriores
Piscina boa, muitas espreguiçadeiras

Cons:

Tinha pouca variadade de pratos ao almoço e jantar, nao passamos fome ,mas tb nada de extraordinário
Muitos pratos repetidos!
Alguns funcionários do refeitório pouco simpáticos começando a levantar talheres e desligar as máquinas das bebidas antes ainda de chegar a hora de fecho
Snack-bar muito limitado a nivel de lanche, louça mal lavada

Pochi lettini che gli ospiti occupano con asciugamani già alle 5 del mattino. Il
Personale dovrebbe operare un controllo e rimuovere i teli mare posizionati per occupare. Il lettino va usato solo da chi si trova fisicamente in piscina in modo da consentire a tutti di usufruire del servizio

Ja uzturaties daudz ārpus viesnīcas, brauciet ekskursijā u.tt., pārnakšņot var, paēst var.

Laba atrašanās vieta, ja pārvietojas ar autobusu, jo pietura pavisam netālu.

Cons:

"Viss iekļauts" bija ļoti ierobežots. Žetoni dzērieniem veidoja garas rindas. Ēstuve ārā pārpildīta, rindas, arī ierobežojumi. Vieta pie baseiniem ļoti maz, nepietiek, vai arī tad jāskrien agri, jāaizņem, bet tad pēkšņi tiek paņemts tavs dvielis...
Durvis mums saplīsa, seifam baterijas beidzās... Sīkumi, bet tomēr, laiku patērējām.
