*Please note that from March 7th 2025 to April 23rd 2025 the hotel will have some special arrangements as follow:
-1 Opening of the building Sol Palmanova II. The Sol Palmanova I´s building and its facilities will remain closed.
-2 There will be one 4.8 foot deep pool. The children's pool and the lake pool will remain closed.
-3 Baby Club open 5 days a week (5.30 hours TBA).
- 4 Miniclub open 7 days a week.
-5 Daytime and evening adult entertainment.
-6 All rooms have a bathroom with a bathtub as well as we have rooms for the disabled with an accessible shower.
-7 The hotel has a Buffet Restaurant, Lounge Bar and snack served inside the restaurant.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The whole experience

I really like that they offer activities to keep kids busy every day, with different programs such as a kids’ disco, clown shows, and face painting. They also have daycare for children, which is very convenient. All the staff are very nice and friendly
And the hotel location is very nice just 2 minutes walk and you are at the Beach
And there is also a public Bus going direct to the airport just at the front of the hotel.
The food was good, but there wasn’t much variety to choose from. Breakfast was mainly an English breakfast. However, the ice cream machine was a great idea you could always have ice cream, which was a nice treat.

Il y a des fourmis dans la chambre, malgré les efforts de la femme de ménage mais ces fourmis persiste de nous tenir compagnie pendant notre séjour.
Tolle Lage, sehr schöner Strand, super freundliches Personal, leckeres Essen, Sauberkeit und Zimmerausstattung stimmen!
Ein klein wenig mehr Variabilität im Buffet dürfte sein. Trotzdem alles lecker. Der Speisesaal ist etwas laut wenn viel Betrieb ist. Und das Abendprogramm ist eher was für Ü50

- das einzige positive war der kompetente Arzt, der mir die Rezeption vermittelt hat, als wir uns im Hotel einen Virus eingefangen haben; und, dass Desinfektionsmittel beim Essen ausgegeben wurde
- Entertainment draußen war witzig
- Haare im Bad, schiefer Boden, dünne Wände, Toilette dauerhaft Geräusche, Lüftung nicht funktionsfähig, Zimmer direkt neben extrem lauter Lüftungsanlage des Hotels
- Nur zwei Fahrstühle, extrem klein und langsam
- Essen langweilig, eher so Kantinenessen ohne Geschmack oder komplett überwürzt und fettig
- Pool nur von 10-16 Uhr offen (März) für Mallorca zu kurz!
- Rezeption oft überfüllt, überfordertes Personal, schlechtes Englisch
‼️ Uns war nirgends ersichtlich, weder auf der Website noch auf Booking, dass das eine Gebäude und zwei Pools geschlossen sind, auf der Website stand lediglich etwas vom Jahr davor! Wir mussten in ein viel kleineres Gebäude mit kleineren Zimmern. Nach versuchter Klärung über Booking und ggf. Geld zurück hat sich das Hotel NICHT gemeldet!!

This hotel is very clean, staff are superb very friendly always busy and working hard and nothing is ever too much trouble . Bus station pretty much on your doorstep to take you around island and shops and beach short walk away. Outside cleaned and washed around pool every morning and pool also cleaned. Lovely solarium outside for quieter relaxation. Music Entertainment very good and lovely atmosphere with people dancing. Entertainment team ask you if you would like to be involved in games but do not pester you. Great team. Always stuff going on in the day like darts, corn hole, pilates etc..Rooms cleaned every day and always a good selection of food at meal times. Safe in room is free of charge and easy to use. My elderly mum has never been all inclusive and she was very pleased with selection of food. Special thanks to Pedro behind bar for always knowing I wanted a zero alcohol beer. As a non drinker I was pleased they catered for this. They have tokens for drinks but understandable so they get their cups back and people dont take the mickey collecting drinks on tables or wasting them. Eco friendly hotel so reusable cups..makes sense. Not a problem for us at all. Reception always happy to help and restaurant staff too. The staff are amazing. Bed was comfortable, it was warm, shower is good. All in all I would absolutely recommend this hotel and I will visit again.
There is only one thing that I can say about this hotel as everything was perfect but the hot food wasn't always very hot, however 100% cooked and still tasted delicious.
