-1 Opening of the building Sol Palmanova II. The Sol Palmanova I´s building and its facilities will remain closed.
-2 There will be one 4.8 foot deep pool. The children's pool and the lake pool will remain closed.
-3 Baby Club open 5 days a week (5.30 hours TBA).
- 4 Miniclub open 7 days a week.
-5 Daytime and evening adult entertainment.
-6 All rooms have a bathroom with a bathtub as well as we have rooms for the disabled with an accessible shower.
-7 The hotel has a Buffet Restaurant, Lounge Bar and snack served inside the restaurant.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Bra läge på all inclusive hotel men halvbra mat.
Pros:

Bra läge nära stranden, bra utbud av aktiviteter, rent och snyggt! Trevlig personal!

Cons:

Väldigt högljudd matsal, dålig variation på mat, all mat väldigt brittisk. Efterrätterna var goda.

Si vous aimez le calme … à fuir !!
Pros:

L’emplacement , ligne de bus proche, centre ville proche à pieds .

Le personnel est sympa à part une exception au restaurant qui si elle ne vous aime pas vous fait changer de tenue . ( je m’explique , j’ai du changé de haut car le mien n’allait pas ,il était tout à fait correcte, alors que d’autres personnes étaient en robe transparente ,se permet des réflexions pas très sympathiques …)

Le restaurant est très bruyant
La piscine est bondée de monde
Les transats n’y penser même pas , ils sont pris d’assauts des 7h du matin. Ils sont libres à partir de 17h45 , piscine fermant à 18h30-19h

La comida, no sé si todos teníamos todo incluido pero alli todos entrábamos a comedor sin que nadie mirara nada. Comida muy poco variada y súper repetitiva, estuve 5 días y siempre era lo mismo. .. además la comida tenía una calidad bastante normalita tirando a baja... El todo incluido las bebidas eran todo marca blanca y los cócteles no valían nada, era beber por beber 😅😅. Y dos ascensores para tantas habitaciones? Horrible poder subir y bajar a la habitación, siempre colas...
Otra pega? Las hamacas de la piscina, la piscina abría a las 10 y a las 8 te asomabas a balcón y ya tenían todas las hamacas con toallas. No se supone que es algo que no deberían dejar hacer? Pues eso, batalla perdida, la gente las dejaba desde la mañana hasta que cerraban o volvían de playa.

mini-club para as crianças, fantástico nunca vi igual à tantos anos a ir a mallorca e posso dizer fantastico a equipa sempre alegres simpáticos e acolhedores

Relativamente ao hotel camas muito desconfortáveis, pedi cama de casal foram duas camas individuais, limpeza dos quartos todos os dias, renovação necessaria, ar condicionado no quarto muito fraco estava sempre no mais baixo e mesmo assim refrescava muito pouco, relativamente à parte restauração primeiro e segundo dia ok para conhecer bastantes variedades, depois daí sempre repetitivo uma grande grande modificação a fazer, a zona restaurante parecia uma sauna muito quente, O que fazia com que alguns alimentos estivessem quentes como fruta queijos...
zona piscina água muito fria piscina só abre às 10h00 e as 17h30 começam a recolher as espreguiçadeiras outro problema às 7h30 ja não à cadeiras para deitar todas estão ocupadas com toalhas desde o dia anterior à noite ou a partir das 6h00. renovação a fazer na zona exterior, um ponto extremamente importante que pude constatar e que não existe è a simpatia o sorriso dos colaboradores em todas as áreas(bares,restaurante,limpezas...) de louvar a equipa de animação
PS:boa cobertura wifi mas velicidade 0 tive que usar bastantes dias os meus dados móveis.
Zona entre hotel 1 e 2 sempre com agua ou resíduos da casa de banho no chao que ia até à saída da porta acesso praia.
Estadia no Palmanova 1.
