-1 Opening of the building Sol Palmanova II. The Sol Palmanova I´s building and its facilities will remain closed.
-2 There will be one 4.8 foot deep pool. The children's pool and the lake pool will remain closed.
-3 Baby Club open 5 days a week (5.30 hours TBA).
- 4 Miniclub open 7 days a week.
-5 Daytime and evening adult entertainment.
-6 All rooms have a bathroom with a bathtub as well as we have rooms for the disabled with an accessible shower.
-7 The hotel has a Buffet Restaurant, Lounge Bar and snack served inside the restaurant.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Didn’t like the hotel
Pros:

The location of the hotel was good.

Cons:

We didn’t think the hotel was good value for money, the rooms were extremely small, we originally thought they were clean but we ended up with bed bugs. We booked an all inclusive hotel, however we were given no information about timings or locations of meals, we were also told we had to pay for water which I’ve never had to do at a hotel before it is always provided. Unfortunately the pools also seemed smaller than they looked in pictures.

Do not stay here the food is awful the restaurant is like a canteen at school

Leuk sfeer uitstekend! Zat activiteiten helaas geen halal eten.

Ben teleurgesteld in een kamer op doto zag het anders uit. En ipv 2 persoonsbed, kreeg ik 2 gekoppeld naast elkaar. Iedere keer splitst het van elkaar. En er was helaas bijna niks halal eten. Dus heb minder genoten van eten dat ze hadden

Pros:

We really enjoyed the hotel and its location. The food and drinks were tasty and varied, the restaurant is big and there was always a free table. The staff was friendly!
The best of the vacation was the animation: kid's club and the evening events. Big thank you to Andrea, Paloma, Ruth and the rest of the team!!! You guys are amazing.

Pas très satisfaite de mon sejour
Pros:

L'emplacement idéal, les repas très bien surtout le petit déjeuner

Cons:

Personne ne parle français les dames de ménage très désagréables et l'ouverture des chambres avec le bracelet n'est pas pratique

Läget var bra. Det var rent och välskött.

Tycker matsalen inte var mysig. Sedan vill man dricka vin ur vinglas när man äter. Men maten var ok.

Die Aussicht aus dem Zimmern mit Meeresblick war wunderschön und es war gut das jeden Tag das Personal die Zimmern aufgeräumt hat und frische Handtücher gebracht hat etc.

Мы прекрасно провели время в отеле Sol Palmanova. С самого момента приезда мы почувствовали себя желанными гостями и смогли по-настоящему расслабиться. Наш номер был чистым и уютным, а балкон с прекрасным видом на море делал каждое утро особенным.

Еда была вкусной и разнообразной — в течение всего дня всегда было из чего выбрать. Нам очень понравились система All Inclusive, напитки, дружелюбная атмосфера и вечерние развлекательные программы. В отеле царит весёлая курортная атмосфера, но при этом всегда можно найти место для спокойного отдыха.

У отеля отличное расположение: до пляжа всего несколько минут пешком, а всё необходимое находится рядом. Персонал очень старается, сотрудники всегда были приветливыми, внимательными и готовыми помочь.

Эта поездка была для нас особенно важной, потому что здесь мы отмечали день рождения моего мужа. Сотрудники отеля поздравили его и преподнесли очень приятный и трогательный подарок. Это внимание стало для нас настоящим сюрпризом, подарило тёплые эмоции и сделало этот день ещё более особенным. Мы искренне благодарны отелю за такую заботу!

Мы уезжаем с Майорки с огромным количеством прекрасных воспоминаний и уже мечтаем вернуться снова. Благодаря Sol Palmanova мы влюбились не только в Майорку, но и в сеть отелей Sol. Теперь мы уверены в качестве сервиса и обязательно планируем посетить отели этой сети и в других странах.

Спасибо всей команде Sol Palmanova за наш чудесный отдых!
