Very nice and clean room

Cons:

Stayed for two days - the second day there was no water in the bathroom so I could not take a shower and no real breakfast (that I paid for) due to power issues and maintenance work. This was not made clear before I booked.

Toll, aber nicht top. Das Personal gibt sich sehr Mühe.
Pros:

Tolles, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet & sehr freundliches, aufmerksames, zuvorkommendes Personal! Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Man kann lüften und es hat Insektenschutzgitter.

Cons:

Man parkiert aussen unter den Bäumen (viel Harz!!!). Generell wirkt die Infrastruktur auf den ersten Blick toll, beim genaueren Hinsehen zeigen sich allerdings einige Schwachstellen (Dusche nur lauwarm, immer wieder komische Gerüche in etlichen Situationen, Balkon gross aber unmöbliert).

Flavia, Eliza, the frontdesk ladies and their male colleague were exceptional!

Their suggestions were on point, and also helped me find a non-tourist trap jewelry store.

At the Restaurant, Andrea and Lorenzo were impeccable; excellent service, and great food!

Ps: the pizza has a lot of cheese

The brunch team was very efficient as well, given the sheer amount of people (there were 2 travel groups during my stay - it was packed, yet the team moved swiftly).

I am definitely returning with my partner.

Great place, just far from centre.
Pros:

The property is new so everything is clean and in great working condition. Beds are comfortable, shower great, breakfast very good and team helpful.

Cons:

It’s farther out of the city than we thought. Each ride in at least 25mins and 30 euro so it adds up. Also the fitness area is not completed yet so without a pool, there is nothing to do on days off. It would be wise for the hotel to offer a complimentary shuttle to the centre that leaves and returns every half hour.
