住宿地點距離音樂盒堂非常近，房內有小廚房可以簡單開伙，微波爐、洗衣機都有非常方便，海景房陽台非常漂亮，櫃檯中文服務的小姐服務非常好

Great place to stay!!
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helped us find parking both nights of our stay. Rooms were clean and large. Nice having a kitchen and laundry. Close to shopping. Quiet location.

The pillows are not the best but whatever

Pros:

入住時會指派專屬停車格，如果是自駕過來的話非常方便，如果下大雪的話早上也會有除雪車把連外道路積雪清除。
很適合喜歡自己下廚的自由行旅客，雖然前檯不是24小時有人在，但是透過訊息聯絡都能獲得即時的協助。

基本廚具齊全，如果鍋具是提供不鏽鋼而非不沾塗層的話用起來會更安心。

房間很乾淨，煮東西很方便，一樓還提供咖啡、茶包、醬料跟睡衣，地點比較偏山區，適合自駕的旅客，第一天停第二停車場，但因為前一晚下大雪，走去停車場的路上雪景很美，小朋友邊走邊玩，這段路變得很有趣。

Good location in Otaru
Pros:

Modern, spacious and styley. Good sized warm room with separate toilet, bathroom and laundry areas. Good view from Balcony over neighbourhood and a slice of the sea. Parking available but hit and miss if you get on-site or up the road. Staff were pleasant. Nice to have drip coffee bags available and beer vending machine in lobby. Quiet neighbourhood. Not aware of any restaurants or shops handy. Very snowy roads leading up the premises.

Cons:

Water heater couldn't make water hot enough for a comfortable bath. Bed was a bit roll together. Would have been better on Tatami.
