室內寬敞可以打開4個29吋行李箱還，廚房設備和用品齊全，適合到附近的coop超市買食材自煮，戶外有海景搭配日出很漂亮，有額外棉被備品和洗衣機及曬衣空間，房間各項設備新穎、隔音好，也有電梯方便移動行李。

Cons:

很幸運停到飯店的戶外停車場，但停車場空間感與網站照片不符，若遇到全滿狀態，前後車間距安全距離不足，移車困難再加上路面結冰，需要有人從旁指引，不斷調整角度才能安全開出來。

I had an incredible stay at Stay's OTARU, but what truly amazed me was their exceptional service after I checked out.

I accidentally left my camera tripod in their parking lot. When I contacted the hotel, the staff was extremely helpful and responsive. Most incredibly, the owner personally drove all the way from Otaru to Sapporo to deliver the tripod to my next accommodation because they knew I was flying back to Taiwan soon.

I have never experienced such kindness and dedication from a hotel before. The room was clean and comfortable, but it is the people and their way to treat customers that make this place truly special.

I highly recommend Stay's OTARU to anyone visiting Hokkaido. They truly care about their guests!
