체크인 늦고+직원 엄청 불친절+방 상태 최악 더러움+화장실 거미 출현까지

Cons:

카운터 직원이 너무너무 불친절하고 체크인시간이 늦어졌는데도 사과도 안했음..방도 너무 더러워서 카펫에 머리카락 과자부스러기 마구 떨어져있었음..화장실에 거미출현 등..가장 최악의 호텔..여행 마지막 날이었는데 모든 즐거움을 앗아간 호텔이었음

リーズナブルで好環境のホテル
Pros:

昨年に引き続きの宿泊。遅い時間にも関わらず、スタッフさんの対応が親切だった。去年は必要だったデポジット制はなくなった模様。
部屋はカーペットに汚れ、バスタオルに丸い穴があったりなど設備や備品に思うところはあるが、ちゃんと掃除がされている感じはあった。
環境的にはスフバートル広場は徒歩圏内、すぐ近くにコンビニやレストランもあり、滞在にはすごく便利。

Cons:

初日はバスタオルと足ふきマットがなかった。疲れていたので「アメニティは最低限のホテルか」と思いフロントへリクエストはしなかったが、言ったらもらえると思います。
時間によってはシャワーがぬるい。初日12時過ぎは熱いお湯が出たけど、翌日夜9時頃はぬるかったので、たくさんの人が利用する時間帯はそういうものなのかと思う。

Pros:

Привозил сюда группу немецких туристов. Нам в общем все понравилось. Хороший отель, удобные номера, отличное расположение, прямо в центре города. Цена могла бы быть немного более приятной, но спишем на высокий сезон.

Cons:

Я разместил на несколько дней группу туристов. После регистрации гостей попросил у администратора кофе, с меня за кофе админ взял деньги (хотя все мои гости, за которых я только что заплатил больше тысячи евро, в это самое время завтракали и могли наливать себе кофе в неограниченном количестве). Ну, официально конечно здесь же не придраться - в этот день я не ночевал в гостинице. Однако клиента, который оставил в отеле полутора тысяч евро, можно было бы этой чашечкой кофе и угостить. Но, я думаю, видимо у админа просто не было на то полномочий.

Attenzione all'early check in
Pros:

La posizione centralissima, wifi libero e potente

Cons:

Non ci è stato segnalato che il check in prima dell'orario stabilito dalla struttura era a pagamento. Ci hanno solo risposto che a seconda della disponibilità delle camere si riservavano di approvare o meno l'early check in. Morale? Prenotato stanza Deluxe, ottenuto stanza basic/ standard ( pagata uguale ) a cui si è aggiunto il costo dell'early check in.
