I stayed at H9 Hotel Nine Ulaanbaatar and overall had a pleasant experience. The staff were consistently helpful, attentive, and solution-oriented, which made my stay more comfortable. The hotel’s central location is a major advantage, as it is within walking distance of most attractions, and it is easy to access markets, cafés, and other essentials at any time of the day.

The breakfast was average, meeting basic expectations. However, one issue I found unpleasant was the strong smell of eggs, which tended to spread throughout the floors, especially in the mornings, and lingered in the corridors for quite some time.

On a positive note, the staff were very supportive in organizing local activities. For example, when I asked for assistance visiting the Genghis Khan statue, they quickly arranged a reasonably priced taxi, ensuring a safe and smooth trip.

Overall, the hotel offers a convenient stay with excellent staff service, though improvements in ventilation, particularly regarding food odors, would enhance the experience further.

Cons:

I did not appreciate the persistent smell of eggs throughout the hotel, and I believe the ventilation system could be improved to better address this issue.

Le petit dejeuner est tres bien et varie. Et depuis peu, l'hotel possede une petite salle de gym qui va tres bien pendant les mois d'hiver.

立地の良いホテルです
Pros:

スフバートル広場に近く、ロケーションが良かったです。
宿泊した日は飛行機の関係で深夜2時頃にチェックインしたが、丁寧に対応していただけました。
日本人が多く宿泊しており、朝食バイキングには、味噌汁やごはんもありました。

Cons:

廊下の音が少し室内に響きました。中心部にあるので、夜まで外が騒がしかったです（土曜の夜に宿泊）。
3月に宿泊し、屋外は氷点下だったのもあり、部屋の暖房がついていましたが、集中暖房で暖房をオフすることができず、室温が高くなりすぎて暑かったです。快適な温度で眠るためには、冬なのに、暖房＋エアコンで室温を調整する必要がありました。
