Well recommended.
Pros:

The property is not far from the train station and bus, easy to find, quite spacious for 3 persons (my 2 daughters and I). It’s clean and looks exactly like on the pictures.

Cons:

None. However, if I may suggest, please provide something to put the dishes as there’s no dishwasher in the kitchen as well as kitchen towels/napkins as we had to use a lot of tissues to dry everything after washing them.

Proche du métro et hôte réactive!
Pros:

La proximité avec le métro et les 7-eleven, quartier calme, le curry juste en bas de l'appartement est très bon!
La communication avec l'hôte s'est très bien passée et réponds très vite!
Spacieux et pratique pour 2 personnes :)

Cons:

Le séchage des serviettes dans la salle de bain n'est pas optimale.
Sinon rien d'autre à ajouter :)

Wonderful Apartment in Waseda, Tokyo
Pros:

The apartment was centrally located, well-equipped, and cozy. The owner was helpful and communicative.

It is just a few moments walk away from the Waseda train station that gives you access to the whole city of Tokyo!

Cons:

I am 6' 5". The apartment is short for me. I am sure it's fine for most residents of Tokyo. This is not a negative comment. If you are very tall, though, book this place. It is wonderful. Just duck down in certain places.

Sijainti lähellä Wasedan metroasemaa rauhallisella kadulla. Hyvä kontakti isäntään ja nopeat vastaukset.

Cons:

Pieni neljälle aikuiselle, vain yksi sänky ja tatamipatja. Ei oikeastaan ikkunaa, parvekkeen ovi ainoa ikkuna, jossa pleksilasi. Laseja (muovimukit) vain kolme. Käsipyyhkeet puuttuivat kokonaan. Kylpyhuoneen viemäri haiskahti silloin tällöin.

トイレの下水道の臭い以外は満足です。
Pros:

清潔でキッチン用具なども揃っており、冷蔵庫や冷凍庫、フライパンや炊飯器、食器なども揃っていたので料理するのに申し分ありませんでした。　夜は静かでよく眠れました。

Cons:

トイレの下水道の臭いが気になりました。

A pleasant studio.
Pros:

It was clean, quiet, close to 7-11 and Waseda Station.

Cons:

Taxi and Uber drivers have difficulty finding the location. The WiFi connection was not very good.

4인 가족 2박 후기~
Pros:

조용하고 편하게 2박 쉬었습니다. 전부다 너무나 좋고 친절하고 했는데... 일본 특징일 수(건조기 없고 햇볕에 말리는?) 있겠지만 수건 냄새가 살짝 아쉬웠어요~ 숙소 크기 좋고(4인가족이용), 호스트친절함, 청소해주시는분이 정말 열심히 청소해서 깨끗했고요.

난방기도 잘 작동해서 좋았습니다. 침대도 너무 편했구요 ^^ 또 이용하고 싶을정도~ 그리고 무엇보다 이 가격에 이 크기의 방! 왕따봉! 지하철역 가깝고 한식집도 있고 편의점도 많고 ㅋㅋㅋ 꼭 하트랜드 맥주 드셔보시길~

Честно указать площадь квартиры. Добавить полотенца для рук и лица. Поставить диффузор в туалете, чтобы скрыть запах кан
Pros:

Локация и цена.

Cons:

Размеры квартиры не соответствуют заявленным.
Это явно не 35м, максимум 25м.
Вся мебель потертая, всего 2 полотенца на 2 человек, запах канализации из туалета, нет сковородки.
