トイレの下水道の臭い以外は満足です。
Pros:

清潔でキッチン用具なども揃っており、冷蔵庫や冷凍庫、フライパンや炊飯器、食器なども揃っていたので料理するのに申し分ありませんでした。　夜は静かでよく眠れました。

Cons:

トイレの下水道の臭いが気になりました。

A pleasant studio.
Pros:

It was clean, quiet, close to 7-11 and Waseda Station.

Taxi and Uber drivers have difficulty finding the location. The WiFi connection was not very good.

4인 가족 2박 후기~
Pros:

조용하고 편하게 2박 쉬었습니다. 전부다 너무나 좋고 친절하고 했는데... 일본 특징일 수(건조기 없고 햇볕에 말리는?) 있겠지만 수건 냄새가 살짝 아쉬웠어요~ 숙소 크기 좋고(4인가족이용), 호스트친절함, 청소해주시는분이 정말 열심히 청소해서 깨끗했고요.

난방기도 잘 작동해서 좋았습니다. 침대도 너무 편했구요 ^^ 또 이용하고 싶을정도~ 그리고 무엇보다 이 가격에 이 크기의 방! 왕따봉! 지하철역 가깝고 한식집도 있고 편의점도 많고 ㅋㅋㅋ 꼭 하트랜드 맥주 드셔보시길~

Честно указать площадь квартиры. Добавить полотенца для рук и лица. Поставить диффузор в туалете, чтобы скрыть запах кан

Локация и цена.

Cons:

Размеры квартиры не соответствуют заявленным.
Это явно не 35м, максимум 25м.
Вся мебель потертая, всего 2 полотенца на 2 человек, запах канализации из туалета, нет сковородки.

Pros:

dimensioni adeguate per 3 persone.

Cons:

la mancanza di personale ,viene venduto come un albergo/ostello in realta' e'una stanza affittata ed i contatti avvengono solo on line.Ci si abitua, anche se non e' l'ideale soprattutto se si ha bisogno di supporto .

Comfortable stay near Subway Waseda Station
Pros:

Easy self check in. The room is clean. The bed is good. Peaceful place. Near public transport (subway station, bus stop). There are some provisional shops like 7-Eleven and Family Mart nearby. Bonus, there is a post office just next door, easy for traveler to deliver luggage to the next destination.

Cons:

No staff handling the luggage as it's a self check in and check out. The washing machine has no dryer function.

Très appréciable, je recommande ce logement
Pros:

Le calme, c'est dans un endroit très propice au repos malgré le fait d'etre à shinjuku. De plus, la chambre est assez grande, bien équipé avec machine à laver et cuisine. Pour 4 personnes c'est parfait.

Cons:

Un peu loin du centre de shinjuku pour ceux qui veulent sortir tard, le métro ferme assez tot et donc on a du prendre un uber pour rentrer. Sinon il y a l'option à pied, qui reste un très bon choix puisque vous passerez dans un très beau parc.
