Great stay
Pros:

Location is good except for the approach from the railway station.
Staff were very helpful, special mention Mr.Mani at the reception 🙏🏻
Food at the restaurant was good.
The buffet spread for dinner as well as breakfast was great.
On the whole had a great experience 🙏🏻

Pros:

The staff is friendly. Thy have a good hotel. Food quality is good. Rooms are spacious.

Cons:

Rooms need maintenance. The walls are damp due to which there is a lingering smell. Bathrooms are not maintained well.

Beware of some food which may not be fresh.
Pros:

Bed was ok.

Cons:

Rubbery and stale fish biryani were served to us. When it was informed to them, they say that it is fresh. No use in talking to them when they have this mentality to tell us that they serve fresh without checking internally.

Cons:

The room ac was not working and water was all over the floor.we got shifted to another room and there faucet was not working. The food was horrible and the staff were not managing the queue properly. The food place was always over crowded

We were given 2 family rooms, in one room the power kept tripping regularly.
Pros:

the breakfast spread was ok.

Cons:

e breakfast spread was ok but the airconditioning and the cleanliness was not up to the mark. There were queues for breakfast and there was no one from the restaurant to help

Overall the stay was ok
Pros:

Breakfast was very good
Staff are quite friendly

Cons:

Approach road and to hotel is very bad
Location is not very great
Bath Rooms need to be kept clean always
May be new block should be ok
Absolutely no internet, big drawback if you are on an official visit
