Overall the stay was ok
Pros:

Breakfast was very good
Staff are quite friendly

Cons:

Approach road and to hotel is very bad
Location is not very great
Bath Rooms need to be kept clean always
May be new block should be ok
Absolutely no internet, big drawback if you are on an official visit

the staff led by fernandez and murali were outstanding
Pros:

breakfast was average, no taste in dishes, place was not clean in the 4 th floor. i noticed people washing their legs in the wash room basin

Don't except too much seeing the building of the Hotel
Pros:

Location of Hotel was good.

Cons:

But the staff was not that much cooperative.

They have commissions with Taxi drivers, only focusing on this part only and shared number with taxi driver without the consent of the guest, when asked they said the corporate people sitting in Kanyakumari might have shared your number
Room service was Pathetic.
Takes too much time to respond.
Dental kit provided only when asked for.

Shampoo (Sachets) and Small Bars of Soaps available.

Cheating & Cheating
Pros:

There was no facility in the hotel & service was too poor.We feel cheated in this hotel booking.

Cons:

Cheating was done for the rates of the hotel.Some persons stayed only Rs.2000/- per room & we had booked @3200/- per room.
