Le personnel a été gentil et arrangeant lorsque nous avons décidé d’annuler notre réservation compte tenu de l’état des lieux. Ils nous ont aussi proposé d’avoir un autre chambre.

Cons:

Établissement très mal entretenu. La propreté n’était pas présente, comme si la chambre n’avait pas été nettoyée : des produits vides qui traînent au sol, de la poussière, des marques sur les draps. Enfin, rien n’était propre.

Location and convenient to get to the airport

Cons:

This was my second stay at the hotel. Cigarette smoke smell was horrible from other guests. Hopefully, the management will be aware of it

Pros:

Bon hôtel avec une chambre très confortable et spacieuse. La vue est jolie depuis les baies vitrées à l'étage où nous étions. Très bon petit déjeuner avec toast, omelette, fruits frais et thé organique.

Pros:

Good clean place, hot water takes time (2-3mins of keeping water on), good breakfast, staff were friendly - specially Dinesh who was exceptional and very helpful - he also went above and beyond his way to help get us medicine when we were sick and also refused money when we offered. Great chap. Loved the stay and the place.

Pros:

The staff is very helpful! We got stuck here during the curfew and they did their best to help. Coffee downstairs is suoer good. 15 nins walk from the airport which is a plus too.

Cons:

Could be a bit cleaner. I had hair on my bed and a lot of ants in the bed and on the wall.
