Cons:

I had a very bad and stressful experience with this property.
I arrived at the hotel on the day of check-in, but I was refused access to my room because the reservation was under the name “Ika Gardava” while my passport says “Irakli Gardava”. This is the same Booking.com account name I have been using for years without any issues.
I was left waiting at the reception for more than 2 hours, with no solution offered. Neither the hotel nor Booking.com informed me in advance that a name change was mandatory for this type of property.
Because of this situation, I was forced to book and pay for another hotel for the night.
When I returned the next day, the hotel told me that my reservation had been cancelled because I did not stay the night, even though the reason I did not stay was entirely their refusal to check me in.
I am now only requesting a full refund, as the service was never provided.
This situation was handled unprofessionally and caused unnecessary stress, extra expenses, and inconvenience.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Pros:

The reception staff are very helpful and provide excellent service. The hotel's location is excellent, and most importantly, it's just steps away from the main train station.

Cons:

The bathroom layout is unpleasant and disgusting. There's no drainage in the bathroom floor, and the glass door over the bathtub leaks water while showering. Breakfast was mediocre.

Alojamento confortável, onde podemos viajar Roma descansados !
Pros:

O hotel está muito bem localizado. À exceção do Vaticano , visitamos tudo a pé! Perto de restaurantes, cafés , lojas.
Embora o hotel não seja recente , estava tudo muito bem limpo. As condicionado sempre a funcionar ; noto que, fomos 6 pessoas, ficamos alojado a em 3 quartos, durante 4 dias. Todos os dias vieram fazer limpeza e fazer as camas ! O pequeno-almoço é bom! Verdade que, a +\- 250 m encontra-se Termini , que de facto é uma zona um pouco mas delicada para andar à noite, no entanto passamos lá com crianças e foi tranquilo.

Cons:

A Televisão não estava a funcionar os canais , mas funciona o youtube. No entanto, também não pedimos para arranjar. Fomos para Roma visitar só íamos dormir ao quarto. Podiam dar um arranjo aos degraus da escadaria, é mármore antiga!

Täydet suositukset keskusta hotellia harkitsevalle sijainniltaan täysi kymppi tosiaan antiikin ajan nähtävyydet hyvin lä
Pros:

Sijainti oli todella hyvä ja siihen nähden hyvin rauhallinen (aivan keskustassa ) terminiin (Päärautaieasema) n 5min kävely

Cons:

Aamupala olisi saanut olla hieman runsaampi mutta kyllä tuollakin ”seuraavaan” ruokailuun jaksoi ja hotellin ympäristössä todella hyviä ja edullisia ruokapaikkoja runsaasti.

Room was small.

Shower was extremely small. If shower doors weren't positioned just right, the bathroom floor would be covered in water.
