Pros:

Хареса ми плажа на хотела.Но за съжаление до там се стига по много стълби и няма бар на плажа.Също така за пръв път виждам вратата към плажа да се заключва в 19ч .И плажа е недостъпен от към хотела.Освен това вечер е и не осветен.Но през деня е много хубаво.Поддържа се чист.Има един неуморен служител, който се грижи за удобството на хората.Но е само един.И затова не може да види всичко,например как други туристи ми изхвърлят дрехите и хавлиите на друг шезлонг и отнемат моя.

Cons:

Ресторанта е малък за броя туристи.Има един сервитьор, който точно в 10:05ч ще ви изгони от закуската ,защото ресторанта затваря в 10:00.Храната е много малко и след като свърши нещо не се зарежда отново.Много люта.80%от храната е люта.Еднообразно.Шест дни сутрин обед вечер почти едно и също.Отидох за пържени яйца веднъж .Чакахме с други туристи,но момчето си пържеше яйца и ги отделяше в тава,за туристите не даваше.Аз не дочаках да видя след 15 минути дали ще получа яйце.Водата в целих хотел беше от чаши за еднократна употреба от машина .Която се развали.вода по стаите не се оставяше.Чаршафи и хавлии стари ,прозират от износване и скъсани.Чаршфите не ни бяха смени шест дни.Сменяха се само хавлиите.Нито веднъж не се почисти терасата.Само веднъж почистиха добре с препарат.Стълбищата заляти с кафе не се почистиха за целият ни престой.Хората си мият чехлите в басейна никой не им казва нищо Никой не ти помага за чадърите ,които не работят добре очевидно на басейна.Снакса представлява само пържени картофи и марули и понякога има и сандвичи един вид за 1час на ден.Има една жена доста не любезна на рецепцията.Има нужда от добра реставрация и основно почистване.Няма никаква анимация през деня .Само Dj. Възглавниците бяха като камък на топки. Банята тъмна ,не се виждаше на огледалото.Цяло огледало в стаята и хотела нямаше .

Pros:

I am an experienced traveller in kusadasi, this Definitely not 4 stars possibly 2. Beds and bedding very old terribly uncomfortable. Pool closed midday for cleaning. Reception lady very rude,staff unfriendly. Food sparse and repetitive. Beach bar smells of sewerage and badly needs revamp.entertainment dull and boring.

Pros:

The stuff of the hotel were very kind and professional... BUT the dinner (+Lunch) was Untopable, the desserts was 🍧🍮🍰🍮 unbelievable delicious😋

Pros:

The hotel has it's own access to the seaside and two separate pools, for more family and more quiet type of guests. Most rooms have a great view of the sea.

Cons:

There were not enough tables for sitting in the upper and lower terrace. The staff at the reception was not very helpful about travel information and services like washing clothes. Food could be more varied.

Air conditioning working in the room

Cons:

Everything else; this hotel is in serious need of a refurbishment. Drinks were awful - Pepsi tasted like some sort of medicine, the only beverage you could drink was beer. Maintenance non existent, beds by the beach broken and dirty, showers by the pool dirty - stairs leading to the pool always wet as some leak coming from the pool plant room flooding the stairs. Too many kids screaming and running around.
