Tolle Unterkunft mit traumhafter Poolanlage
Pros:

Wir haben 3 Nächte im Kaimana Resort verbracht. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und fragen täglich nach ob alles in Ordnung ist. Raffy ist klasse. :)

Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und sauber. Es gibt warmes Wasser zum duschen und die Unterkunft hat einen Notstrom Generator.
Die Pool Anlage ist traumhaft. Gegenüber der Unterkunft befindet sich ein Sari Sari um Getränke und Snacks zu kaufen. Direkt neben der Unterkunft befindet das Restaurant Branch in dem man frühstücken kann.

We had an incredible stay at Hansar Samui. The hotel is absolutely beautiful — stylish, peaceful, and perfectly designed for a relaxing getaway. From the moment we arrived, everything felt comfortable and welcoming.

The rooms are very spacious, well-appointed, and thoughtfully laid out, making it easy to truly unwind and enjoy the stay. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is calm and elegant, which made our time there even more special.

What truly stood out to us was the staff. Everyone — from the reception team to the pool staff and all the employees we interacted with — was extremely kind, attentive, and always willing to help with a great attitude. Their warmth and professionalism made a big difference in our experience.

We absolutely loved our time at Hansar Samui and would definitely return in the future. Highly recommended.

Pros:

Die Villa war sehr gut, auch der Pool und die Einrichtung haben überzeugt. Trotz der Lage an der Hauptstraße war es in der Villa sehr ruhig.
Auch das vorherige Zimmer war sehr gut eingerichtet , sauber und ohne jegliche Beanstandungen außer dem Lärm.

Cons:

die Zimmer über dem Restaurant und an der Straße über dem Restaurant sind etwas laut durch den Straßenlärm und das darunter liegende Restaurant.

Cleans and friendly environment, Raffi makes the stay, with professional staff who are very helpful.
Pros:

Raffi was so friendly and welcoming, the room was exceptionally clean with daily servicing. Pool was also immaculate and in beautiful surroundings.

Cons:

Unfortunately there was some construction next door but this is everywhere on Siargao. Restaurant is used as a co-working space all day.

Pros:

A medio camino entre GL y Cloud9, el sitio es espectacular, un oasis donde han tenido muchísimo cuidado en todos los detalles. Ideal para familias con niños por su tranquilidad, con camas muy cómodas.
La piscina es de 10, y se agradece el pequeño gimnasio, sauna y cold plunge disponible justo a ella. El personal es súper agradable, y te echa una mano con lo que me necesites.

Amazing stay over new years
Pros:

Really friendly staff, amazing Pool area, comfortable room, good that they have a basic gym

Cons:

The restaurant downstairs only serves breakfast at 9am which is too late for us and there aren't really other options in walking distance. But then again, the breakfast at the restaurant downstairs is amazing!! Really good coffee and quality of food!

Relaxing, clean, and well-kept
Pros:

Aesthetically pleasing and my favourite is the pool and the free use of sauna + cold plunge! Their staff is also friendly and attentive. I had some issues but they addressed them kindly and with urgency. I appreciate the water dispenser right outside our room, we didn’t need to buy distilled water. There are also sari-sari stores nearby and the property is also 3-min walk to CEV (the best resto in the island!!!).

Cons:

I’d still stay at this property again but would love more equipment in their mini gym like hexa dumbbells. I would also love an earlier opening time of the restaurant downstairs for breakfast (altho I recognize it’s a business separate from them). Perhaps Kaimana can offer their own breakfast package included with the accommodation.

Beautiful and very relaxing Resort, Most like is the Large Outdoor pool.. Very friendly and Help-full staff.. Also The Owner and his Mom, who provide as a very tasty Lunch because our second day unfortunately there’s a strong Typhoon there but its actually not too bad
