THE ROOM - DISAPPOINTING

when it was raining heavily, the rainwater flooded my room
the wall is thin which i can hear the person next door doing business in the toilet
Lastly with all the issue above, clearly its not worth the price i paid for
Room is not value for money, RM220 for a 2 star level room is not worth
The location and the area is quiet.
Smell like dirty toilet or sewage everywhere from the lobby reception to the hallway and our room.

Food, quiet, it was awesome that women checking us in did not speak English, but her 10 year old son spoke very good English
