Wouldn’t stay again
Pros:

Staff are very friendly and room was very big and spacious.

Cons:

There is no fridge in the room as described on booking.com which is unacceptable as it’s one of the main reasons I booked this hotel.

Bed sheets were dirty from both sides. When I arrived there was no electricity for 5 hours and only after I complained to reception they switched it on so I don’t understand why this wasn’t done automatically? I was then told to not use AC until 7pm because the generator is not strong enough so power will go off again.

On my first night I came down for breakfast after 8am but there were no employees present anywhere, I even walked to the top floor thinking it will be made there instead but no staff to be found. I was running out of time as I had a tour booked for 9am so I gave up and didn’t have breakfast. I managed to order it on my 2nd morning.

Water in the shower and sick had an awful sewage smell, it was disgusting. Luckily on my 2nd night hotel owner was kind and moved me to another room where water didn’t stink.

Best Hotel in Jambiani. Also very affordable
Pros:

Tallest building in Jambiani with an amazing view of the sea. Food is amazing. Staff are attentive and friendly. The rooms are spacious and give a unique view of the Indian Ocean, perfect for catching sunrise in the morning. Hotel is located in a quiet and serene neighborhood. The best part is the rooftop view. Perfect for photos and sundowners. A short ride from Paje if you want to go out at night. This is definitely one of the best hotels in Jambiani!

Great expérience
Pros:

Notre expérience au sein de cet hôtel à été géniale.
- personnel très sympathique et serviable
- le chef en cuisine est excellent vous allez vous régaler
- Hotel très très propre (faut le souligner)
- Plage privée à dispo des clients
- Possibilité de faire des excursions avec l'hôtel
Encore un grand merci au propriétaire de l'hôtel Thomas et son équipe notamment à Alice et Hapiness qui ont été au petit soin avec nous.

Bardzo dobry hotel, czysto, codzienne sprzątanie na życzenie, duże wygodne łóżko dwuosobowe, duży prysznic, oddzielna toaleta, klimatyzacja dobrze działająca, odległość 3min.do plaży. Przepyszne posiłki:śniadania, obiady, kolacje. Świeże kokosy, pyszne owoce i soki świeżo wyciskane(bajka😃). Personel niesamowity, bardzo przyjazny i pomocny🤗Gorąco pozdrawiamy cały przemiły team, szczególnie Happiness do której można było się zwrócić z każdą sprawą i od razu ja załatwiała lub służyła radą (nasz Anioł) 🤗😉Szczerze polecamy każdemu pobyt w tym niesamowitym miejscu! 🤗😍😉👍

A good stay in Zanzibar
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and also helpful to arrange taxis and give us good advices of the place.
The breakfast was delicious, fruit juice and food every day made as the moment. One minute walk from the beach. Also the area is very safe.

A huge mistake!
Pros:

Nothing works. Avoid this place like a plague.

Cons:

We booked the superior suites and it was not ready 4hrs past checking in time. We had to make an alternative arrangement ourselves at a different resort and we were to be refunded. No refund till date!

Virkelig sødt personale, der er behjælpelige med alting! God morgenmad og dejlig rooftop.

Cons:

Værelset var ikke helt færdig renoveret, så der manglede småting som knager til håndklæder. Og en ordentlig dør til badeværelset. Vi havde problemer med trykket i badet, men alt i alt var det helt udmærket og et dejligt sted at være!

Jag och min vän besökte det här hotellet under december 2024 och har aldrig varit så glada med kundbemötandet och servicen. Verkligen utmärkt kundservice, de var så extremt trevliga och omtänksamma och de hjälpte oss med vad vi än ville (utan extra kostnader) och de bemötte oss med högsta graden av standard och professionalism! Det här hotellet och dess personal gav oss den bästa upplevelsen på Zanzibar och vi var väldigt nöjda och glada under våran vistelse. Maten var jättegod och proffsigt uppdukat, rummen rena, moderna och hela hotellet mysigt inrett med en underbar rooftopbar där man såg en så fin stjärnhimmel på natten. De uppvaktade oss glatt hela tiden och ordnade det så fint för oss varje dag. Personalen är genuint fina människor som vill det bästa för gästerna, vi starkt rekommenderar detta hotell! Också extremt prisvärt.

I had an incredible stay at Leparadis Zanzibar, where the friendly and attentive staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.
