Large beautiful room with an excellent Thai restaurant on the hotel's ground floor and Korean BBQ restaurant next door. There is a walking street with vendors across the street at night time.
Beach is 5 minute walk away.
Overall, had a good stay. It's a bit far from the town centre but there's two beautiful beaches on your doorstep. The walking street was an added plus.
Although it states that there's an indoor pool and even shows it in the photos, there was none and the staff didn't know much about it, apart from pointing to a place down the street.
Be aware the area is also still being built so a lot of building work going on in the area. I don't know how much noise this makes as we went during a national holiday when there was no work being done and it didnt affect our stay

Absolutely do not stay here.
First of all we booked the Regal Suite, but instead were given a shared apartment. Thankfully, no one else was staying in the second bedroom at the time, but that’s beside the point — we did not book a shared space, nor were we informed or offered any discount for the downgrade. This was not a suite by any means.
Around 2:30am, my boyfriend turned on the light and saw a cockroach in the room, which he killed. About 10 minutes later, he saw another one crawling on the floor. At this point, he woke me up. As we moved our backpack and clothes off the floor, we found three more cockroaches crawling in and around our belongings. That’s five cockroaches — completely disgusting and unacceptable.
We immediately went to reception to explain what happened. The staff member came to inspect the room, told us he only seen one cockroach and then asked if we would just sleep in the other bedroom next door, — still within the same shared apartment. I tried to explain that cockroaches come out in the dark and that we had already killed five. He didn’t speak much English, and we were not offered a different room, only the other bedroom in the infested unit.
I requested a full refund of 2,700,000 VND, but was only given 500,000 VND. At 3am, exhausted and frustrated, we accepted it just so we could leave and try to salvage the night. Still, this was a clear case of uncleanliness — a cockroach infestation is serious and should not be ignored.
We had to get back on our bike and find a hotel in the middle of the night. Thankfully, we found the Gold Coast Hotel down the road, where we were welcomed warmly and finally got a clean, comfortable night’s sleep.
If this review stops even one person from booking here, I’ll feel a little better about the money and sleep we lost. This was not the room we paid for, it was not clean, and the way it was handled was completely unacceptable. Avoid this hotel at all costs.
The furniture, staff
Very nice hotel. Modern room with large bath. Аlso very delicious breakfasts!
Staffs are very helpful. The hotel facilities including pool, cafes, bedroom etc are new. Very nice pool indeed. Close to the beach, only within 5 mins walking.
The area around is kinda new so there weren’t many choices of restaunrants/cafes.
I would like to start by saying the staff have been very helpful where possible and this is not their fault.
However, we were extremely unhappy with the hotel, location, and the false advertising on booking.com which lead us to book this accommodation, in the middle of a construction site.
The 'peninsula' does not exist yet. The 'Urban Area' looks like a ghost town as it is still under construction. The streets and roads surrounding The block which The hotel is on, are literally being built as of today. The hotel is the only finished building in the area.
The facilities are inadequate, there is no hot water and as I am typing this, there has been a power cut.
The roads around the hotel are not even finished. The tarmac is literally wet, and has been walked in to the hotel floor including our room. Our room now smells of tarmac. It's truly upsetting especially when we have paid to stay at a "luxury hotel".
Has anyone from booking.com actually been here to confirm the advertised images and property description?
I really hate to leave a negative review, but I feel it is necessary to warn other potential guests of what to expect, so as not to have the same experience as us.
We were advised by a member of staff that the model of the area in the hotel lobby resembles what the area will look like when it is completed in 5 years. I'm sure when the are is completed it will be wonderful, but currently, it's under construction.
Very disappointed especially as booking.com is a trusted service I use regularly and would have expected a much truer picture to be painted.
Rooms were nicely designed and pretty new throughout. Beds were super comfortable and the A/C was powerfully strong to help combat the summer heat. The welcome tea and water each time we sat in the lobby were much appreciated to elevate the experience. Our train departed late afternoon and they allowed us to pay half a small fee (I think it was 400K VND?) to keep one of our rooms until 4pm (4 additional hours).
Located a bit further away from any action though it's quite close to a beach. There's a lot of development around so be forewarned of construction work throughout the day. For an elegantly designed hotel, they're still lacking some of the essentials like a functioning credit card machine. We were asked to pay cash and more or less badgered throughout our stay on whether we would be able to make the payment - couldn't even enjoy our breakfast without being asked if we can pay the cash as we awaited to see if they can "fix" their credit card machine.
Newly-built. Surrounding area is open and clear
In one of the rooms, there is no door between toilet and sleeping room. The breakfast tastes badly and is very poor in dishes.
