Good location
Window in bathroom wouldn’t shut and banged all night. The property had some wear and tear that was evident

It was very hectic to check in. The management office is very far from the apartments
There was no reception desk.
Upon arrival we had to find some one in the on site restaurant to guide us to our apartment.
There were NO instructions regarding use of appliances, disposal of rubbish.
We tried to report a faulty shower and of course there was NO ONE on site to speak to.
By asking around we were told that the rental company was ISLAM RENTALS and their office was located some 3kilometres away! We found out that it was Islam Rentals who we had to pay for the apartment and we found the office eventually and paid the rental.
We also reported the faulty shower to them and they sent someone round later that day to inspect it. After several promises to fix the shower they actually did so on the day before we left!
Really , Booking dot Com. you need to tighten up on this situation and provide your customers with all the information needed to make a stay trouble free.

The facilities and the room itself were good, but the whole impression was ruined with the stuff and check-in/check-out process.
I have never met more rude and not interested stuff.
I told my time of coming - between 7-8 pm, nobody was in the property office. I had to waste my time searching around the property for someone for help and eventually found someone in the restaurant, no notification on my phone or booking.com - 0 service during check-in.
Check-out was even worse—when I came into the office, a woman without any words such as "hello" or "good morning" started to call someone when I asked to check out and return my deposit. Without any additional info, after the call, I kept waiting for more than 40 minutes, and then I asked, "Excuse me, why does it take so long?", she called one more time somewhere and gave me my deposit money without saying any simple word.
The worst stuff ever, don't stay here, no value for any money.

SPA personnel is tactless, unpedantic, rude and shameless.
They opened spa not in time, they were switching off sauna after every visit, and were asking our family with small kids to be quiet in the pool because there are massage clients behind poor sound isolated wall.
The villa with swimming pool was amazing

The property did not have some of the facilities that were stated on booking.com
