Quiet, clean and comfortable in good location with friendly staff.
My room did not have a window but was with good working ac.
The staff are very kind and helpful, especially Vincent and Paul whom have provide useful information to their guest all the time.
it is a fantastic location can sharing all different options in the area, convenient transportion network incl metro and other options as well.
Location, great spot for a choice of restaurants and bars. One helpful receptionist who tried to smooth things over and spoke good English.
Advertised swimming pool was closed two years ago ,(unless there is another 'beautiful ' hotel). The guy on reception told me that a different company took over. Cheap mattress, uncomfortable. T.v. channels unreliable. Watered down soap in shower (one choice). A request for an early morning call forgotten about, receptionist asleep when I tried to check out. Not as advertised, pretty tired on the inside ,better looking on the outside.
Locality was great except for the noise
The room was filthy, bathroom was filthy and the bed was completely uncomfortable. The noise from the street was unbearable.
I have never given such a poor rating before but this hotel deserves a poor rating.
Best hotel I’ve stayed at in all of Vietnam. Great location- staff were so friendly and helpful especially Vincent the manager and Paul! Great English spoken here and very clean and comfortable room.
Good location to stay as you get to see bunch of restaurants to eat and convenient stores
They didn’t clean my room until I asked in the 2nd day. Further more they didn’t clean my bad and didn’t keep brush for the next day . I had to ask for towels after the 2nd day . They said laundry service available but not provided . Overall you get to reap only the benefits of good location . they need to do in action rather than impressing people by talks
The location & the cost of this hotel is excellent.It is walking distance to the bars & restaurants.The rooms are clean with shower room & tv & are serviced regularly.May I thank the manager Vincent & his staff Paul who were always polite,helpful & curteous for an enjoyable stay.

Only got towels changed but did not make bed

but bit far from main road and discomfort to walk from main road to hotel as car can not go into hotel lobby! I even found cockroaches inside bath room. Soap is not enough to provide . No shampoo. Towel is not clean enough
