Style and feel of the hotel is great
Staff very welcoming and friendly
Room was comfortable, the grounds were very pretty. We booked very last minute when our other accommodation fell through, they were very good about it.
Our room/bed was on the other side of the wall from the stairs, and they were noisy enough that people going up and down would wake us up. Otherwise everything was good

Mooi hotel van binnen en buiten. Sfeervol met een mooie kamer.
Het eten was ook erg lekker, ook al waren de porties vrij klein. Het personeel in de ochtend was vriendelijk en zorgde dat we op ons gemak waren. Het aanbod van koffie, thee en chocolademelk op de kamer was ruimschoots.
Het diner was duur. £70,00 per persoon. Ook staat er op de menukaart bij dat ze er standaard 12,5% extra bij rekenen als fooi. Het personeel was ongemakkelijk en de ober wist zich geen houding te geven. Om het raam op de kamer dicht te doen, moest je het raam als het waren optillen, dit was vrij zwaar om te doen.

Its just nor value for money. £1.9k for 3 nights including dinner and breakfast. Not worth it at all. Laundry was given, came back half the size (XL came back S), employees were not that professional when it came to service or attentiveness. The overall all.housekeeping of the room wasn't to standard.
