Nice hotel, great location, needs to address some details to be really good

Great location and nice room. Needs a bit more attention to detail to command the price though

Cons:

Bedside light not working. Bathroom design very cramped. Bed slightly on a slant! Lifts very slow

Pros:

De locatie was heel fijn! Niet midden in de drukte, maar alles op loopafstand en metro om de hoek.

Cons:

Geen dagelijks schone handdoeken etc. En best wel gehorig.

The location close to the theater district

Cons:

I didn’t have hot water in my shower two days in a row although I complained about it. The TV used to turned on during the night . The heating stopped working in the middle of the night.

Super Lage im Zentrum, modernes Hotel, alles funktioniert ohne Personal, sowohl Gepäcklager als auch der Check-in. Ist alles super erklärt und sehr einfach. Die Zusammenarbeit mit der Bäckerei nebenan ermöglicht auch gute Rabatte fürs Frühstück.

Great location and easy to get into the city centre. Extremely easy check-in and easy to access property through app. Great to be able to use luggage lockers during the day.

Wouldn’t recommend
Pros:

Not happy at all. I was mislead and over charged £84,50 I had no choice but to stay 2 nights with an emergency. Milk sachets were left open and stain on bed. Toilet wouldn’t flush in room 307. I’ll be leaving review on trust pilot too.
