Bare minimum budget hotel
Pros:

Several convenience stores, fast food and self serve laundry within a few blocks. Spacious room. All in one remote control. Comfortable deck and chair. Thick curtains.

Cons:

Plastic mattress cover. Filth found under matter cover. Roaches near the room door every day. Chewed up door lock, everyone has to bash the door to open or slam to close it. Description listed microwave for this room type but there was no microwave. No explanation of my stay upon arrival. Thin walls. Room clean upon request but they still enter room without notification. Throw away your things at random. They made my bed but I still found filth in the mattress. No one checked on me at all but snuck in my room the one day I went out. Nothing missing but it's violating.

Exceptionally beautiful
Pros:

Very nice rooms, extremely quiet, free coffee, orange juice and water, very comfortable mattress, extremely friendly staff, excellent location, 7 Eleven within a 2-minute walk. We also extended our stay immediately.
