The only problem is the host
Pros:

The hostle acting like the boss she don’t respect the costumers she insulted me she don’t care , i stay there more than 25 days 1200 php daily the wifi sometime not work 3 days i do not complain the kitchen old i ask for maintenance everyday she said the next day

Pros:

I cant say anything I liked about it that's why I didnt even stay there when I saw the room. The kitchen faucet was leaking and the balcony was dirty with cigarette butts on the floor.

Cons:

Poor customer servicing, owner not providing complete details, location and unit number upon confirmation of the booking. Room was dingy.

La camada era cómoda, la host muy gentil

El aire está muy sucio eso hizo que me enfermera un poco. La TV tenía problemas para usar por ejemplo youtube . No la pude ocupar

The host didn't confirm anything nor ever answered the phone number given. They didn't confirm until I got there. Room smelled like 5000 cigarettes. The TV didn't work and no wifi. It was so bad I couldn't even stay there or move rooms because the host was never there. The worst!!!!

The door got unlocked while I was inside. The AC wasn’t working and they did not even provide a fan. Staff are laughing at your concerns. Very rude.
