Cons:

The door got unlocked while I was inside. The AC wasn’t working and they did not even provide a fan. Staff are laughing at your concerns. Very rude.

The host didn't confirm anything nor ever answered the phone number given. They didn't confirm until I got there. Room smelled like 5000 cigarettes. The TV didn't work and no wifi. It was so bad I couldn't even stay there or move rooms because the host was never there. The worst!!!!

I don’t even know where to start… this hotel feels like a live comedy show. Everything you read about chaos, unprofessional staff, and unexpected twists? Totally true… but in a bizarre, almost hilarious way.

You think you’re just booking a room, but it’s like stepping into a reality show. Front desk staff, security, other guests… everyone is playing their part perfectly. Sometimes I felt like the main character in my own Truman Show.

Rooms are basic, no TV or Wi-Fi, but honestly… that just adds to the experience. Staff and management? Let’s just say they have their own rules that you really need to see to believe.

Not everything is bad: the view is great, AC works, and overall… prepare yourself for a truly unique experience.

Bottom line: if you enjoy a little chaos, unexpected comedy, and can keep your head cool… this hotel gives it all. Truman Show vibes guaranteed! 🐉🔥”

What disappointed me… no TV even though they advertise one. Also, some random photos online didn’t match reality at all. Definitely caught me off guard, but honestly it added to the whole Truman Show vibe 😅

طلبت غرفة بمطبخ وعندما وصلت تفاجأت لا يوجد موقد نار او كهربائي للطبخ👎🏻 !!!ولا يوجد تلفزيون 👎🏻وافياش السخان الماء الحار لا يمكن ان تتصل بمداخلها في الجدار👎🏻 ولم يتم تنظيف الغرفة خلال اقامتي الثلاث ايام 👎🏻!!!! ومن اول يوم معلق الورقة لتنظيف غرفتي وجلست 3 ايام ولم يتم تنظيفها قذااااارة 👎🏻

Booking.com lost my business over this privately owned dump.
Pros:

This place is the very definition of a poorly maintained dump. It's privately owned by someone who has no business renting it to anyone and the fact it ended on Booking.com website is beyond poor judgement.

Cons:

This unit was unusable, AC barely trickles out cold air, everything is filthy. Visible body fluids all over the bed wall including what looked like feces. Internet did not work after half a dozen tries. The door had been kicked in and never repair just covered up with tape and a new handle installed above the old. I couldn't stay and booked a hotel across the street for the same price I paid for this filthy disaster.

Pros:

The place was near many restaurants and everything was in walking distance. The price was okay but everything in manila and makati is very expensive. For the price it wasn't too bad if it was a bit cheaper it would be better. Owner was helpful in any way he could try to help. Cleaning ladies clean a lot.

Cons:

Cleaning ladies kept trying to clean almost everyday and it was getting very annoying. Not bad ladies but just everyday seemed excessive. Some bugs here and there but it's a warm climate didn't surprise me.
