I got the Villa.. very nice and private pool.
Maybe more attention towards the daily cleaning.
This is a really nice and well-kept place. Quiet, despite the busy road nearby, quiet in the rooms, good soundproofing of the rooms (except for the constantly running water in the pools). Very friendly and helpful staff with housekeeping. Please correct the information about your rooms on booking and change the price to the good one.
I didn't like the fact that the information about the rooms on Booking didn't correspond to reality. I came to this hotel with my husband for my birthday and chose a room in the hotel by the area in square meters: on Booking it was indicated that this room was one of the largest in Alaçati and its area was 30 sq.m. (my booked room on the one of the pictures). Information in the room description: “…..Deluxe room….. The spacious air-conditioned double room…..”. But in reality our room was 17 sq.m. (It was even smaller), and it only had a bed, no desk for work, no chairs, even one of the bedside tables had disappeared somewhere. The man at the reception told us that we had booked this small room on Booking, although my reservation had information about big room 30 sq.m. They promised to help us with a spacious room, but the miracle did not happen. Only the housekeeping staff helped us by bringing a table and chairs from the street to our room: they could not find anything else. It was the SMALLEST ROOM I have ever seen in Turkey. I ALWAYS book spacious rooms ONLY.
