Simples, limpo e bem localizado
Pros:

A localização é ótima, pq fica pertinho da quinta avenida e das principais atrações. Porém, em datas de festividade (fui no carnaval), há enorme barulho na praça em frente e com interrupção da via do hotel. Há várias opções de café da manhã no entorno e frigobar no quarto. Estacionamento pequeno, mas fechado e com segurança (um dia ficamos trancados por um sem noção do estabelecimento que funciona no terreo).

Cons:

Faltou orientação prévia de como chegar ao hotel pq a rua principal estava fechada e precisávamos ingressar no estacionamento pela contramão (o que desnorteou o gps e ninguém do hotel teve esse cuidado). Um dos funcionários da recepção foi muito bacana em me ajudar a comprar os ingressos do circo de Soleil. Estranho não fornecerem toalha de rosto e piso para o banheiro (mas abriram uma exceção pra gente). Nem conheci a piscina pq tem horário de funcionamento restrito, o que dificulta o uso.

Exelente ubicación , es comoda las habitaciones bien en limpieza. la piscina hermosa la atención de recepción. Buena y en general súper bien el precio bueno igual

Cons:

Gran detalle es la internet. Como nos toco habitacion por el costado de la calle en el 2 piso habitacion 30 no tomo bien la internet de desconectaba a cada rato y la television igual se desconectaba. Debe ser la empresa que presta el servicio y las toallas que no se pueden llevar a la playa en otros hoteles no hay problema en llevarlas .

Pros:

La ubicación es excelente esta a 2 cuadras de la 5ta avenida y a 250mts del mar. Tiene un Walmart a 1 cuadra también. Los conserjes muy amables, nos prestaron una pava para calentar agua para el mate.
El aire acondicionado, el tele, la ducha, todo funcionaba a la perfección.

Cons:

Lo único malo que puedo destacar es que el WiFi no era bueno.

L’emplacement est très agréable car à une rue du centre mais permet de ne pas entendre le bruit des rues adjacentes.
Le personnel était très gentil et arrangeant.

Cons:

Beaucoup de vis à vis entre balcons de chambres et vue sur le terrain vague avec des déchets.
Dommage qu’il n’y est que peu d’eau chaude.

Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits dans cette établissement, qui sur les photos paraissait sympa.
Malheureusement nous avons été étonné par certains points que nous avons pu relever, notamment des taches qui ressemblait à du sang sur les draps, le lit qui était dur le voler qui ne fermait pas entièrement et le personnel qui manquait de professionnalisme, nous avons été notamment surprise par la demande de la réception qui est au moment de rendre la chambre nous a demandé de payer les serviettes car «  des taches était présente » nous leur avons précisé que nous avions fait une activité quad et qu’effectivement il y avait quelques taches mais que cela partait au lavage, mais la personne qui était à la réception n’a rien voulu entendre. Nous avons donc fini par payer.

Ottima posizione!
Pros:

Posizione vicinissima alla spiaggia e alla Avenida 5, parcheggio gratuito, belle camere nuove o da poco ristrutturate, dotate anche di frigo e bollitore. Stupenda piscina all’ultimo piano. Cortesia del personale che ci ha consentito di utilizzare la piscina e il parcheggio anche oltre l’orario di check out

Mancava l’acqua depurata a disposizione degli ospiti che abbiamo sempre trovato nelle altre strutture

L inconvénient d être à proximité de la 5e avenue c est la musique des bar jusque tard le soir
Il faut juste prévoir des bouchons d oreilles si vous avez prévu de vous lever tôt le lendemain pour partir en excursion

Ótimo local para descansar, principalmente se planeja explorar a região durante os dias. Muito bem localizado. Próximo ao centro, porém não tive nenhum problema com barulhos externos. Funcionários educados e prestativos. Quarto confortável, limpo e espaçoso.

Cons:

A garagem é limitada, possui cerca de 10 vagas, por ordem de chegada. Mas caso não consiga, é possível estacionar na rua, em frente ao hotel. Precisa apenas pagar o parquímetro, uns 10 pesos por hora. Não tive problemas quando precisei deixar o carro na rua
