Good location but disappointed
Pros:

Good location, parking is included. Breakfast was okey.

Cons:

We booked a twin room. Although the pictures show a balcony, we did not have one as it is a separate category.
Unfortunately, our room was neither clean nor modern. There were stains on the carpet and we found rubbish under the bed. The fun was extremely loud.
The wellness area incurs an additional charge (€15 per person), even for hotel guests. When I asked for information at reception, I was rudely told that I should have checked the hotel's website, even though I made the booking via Booking.com. It was never mentioned that the standard usage of the wellness facilities is not included in the higher price compared to a hotel without wellness facilities.

Pros:

The location was really good, the parking at the hotel is really convenient, the room was clean and the staff was corteous.

Cons:

I had a very difficult time sleeping because the air conditioning wasn't working since the system for cooling is disable until June, WHICH IS ABSURD as the advertisement says the room has A/C.
Unfortunately, opening the window wasn't a viable solution due to the loud noise outside. I felt stuck choosing between the heat and the noise, and ended up quite restless.

Pros:

A szálloda elhelyezkedése kiváló, minden nagyon közel volt, így gyalogosan is könnyen el lehetett jutni a tóhoz, éttermekhez és a látnivalókhoz. A hotel tiszta, rendezett és kellemes hangulatú volt. A szobák is kényelmesek és tiszták voltak, ami még kellemesebbé tette az ott tartózkodásunkat. Összességében teljesen elégedettek voltunk, csak ajánlani tudom mindenkinek.

Cons:

Nincs hűtőszekrény szobában.

Dobry hotel po remoncie .
Pros:

Hotel w świetnej lokalizacji bardzo blisko jeziora 5 minut spacerkiem. Parking przed hotelem i garaż w hotelu. Pokoje po remoncie. Bardzo małe ale bardzo dobrze urządzone. Śniadanie różnorodne, smaczne i na bieżąco uzupełniane.

Cons:

Brak możliwości wjechania z walizami z parkingu przed hotelem - trzeba wnosić walizki po wysokich schodach. Pan w recepcji bez jakiegokolwiek kontaktu z gościem. Przyjmuje gości jak robot :(. Na pytania odpowiada monosylabami . Podobnie Panowie na śniadaniu. Wykonują wszystkie czynności tak jak gdyby nie widzieli gości. Przez dwa dni nikt nie powiedział nam ani razu dzień dobry, proszę, dziękuję ani do widzenia. Nikt nie uśmiechnął się ani raz do gości i jest to reflekscja 6 osób po naszym pobycie.
Umiejscowienie lampek nocnych nad łóżkiem niefortunne - kolega rozbił czoło wstając w nocy z łóżka.

Pros:

The breakfast was amazing with a great variety of options to choose from. Everything was fresh and well prepared. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. the view from the balcony was amzing. wellness facilities are highly recommended. Overall, a wonderful stay and I would happily visit again!
