I would have to say based on my experience and the price I would expect better I would not book to stay here again
Pros:

The property was in a good location staff very friendly

Cons:

The rooms I had booked were not very clean and in need of a refresh the carpets were quite dirty the pillows and duvet were awful far too thin tea and coffee were available and the biscuits were good the bathrooms were tired and had a few few broken tiles grout needs redoing and the baths were quite damaged check out was 12 but the cleaner kept knocking the door to hurry us up

Séjour agréable excepté le petit déjeuner.
Pros:

Nice and friendly city centre hotel.
Pros:

Staff, coffee, location, water pressure

Cons:

A new lift was being installed and was being commissioned on the day we left, so should be great for anyone staying now. Staff though offered to carry bags upstairs.

Amazing staff, clean room, en-suite a bit tired
Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful, especially when friend couldn't get one of her contact lenses out, they seemed genuinely concerned.
Shower was amazingly powerful and easy to get correct temperature. Hairdryer a bit pathetic.

Cons:

En-suite was a bit tired, sink had crack which had had a repair but was still obvious and grout/sealant round bath could do with a refresh.

Disappointed
Pros:

Location to train station

Cons:

The room felt dirty, and the bathroom needed to be updated .breakfast was continental, and choices were .poor, so we went to weatherspoons round the corner for breakfast.
This hotel has gone downhill since my last visit, and the price paid it was not worth it, so when I come back to Glasgow, this hotel will not be an opton.

Could be a great little hotel, but the cleanliness needs vastly improving.
Pros:

The location was great. The staff were pleasant. The bed (only) was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The rest of the room was dirty. The voile curtains had multiple stains over them. Something had been spilt down the wall under the desk. The carpet had multiple stains to the point where neither of us wanted to walk barefoot. The bathroom had dirty grout in the tiles around bath. It was a shower over the bath with a curtain rather than a screen. Which made us question the cleanliness of the curtain.
The breakfast was a very basic continental. I chose the croissants as were individually packaged.

Pros:

Directly across the street from the main rail station. It made it loud though.

Cons:

Carpet was stained and worn through in places. Bugs( silverfish), noisy. Bed was very low, maybe 18 inches off the floor. Elevator out of service.
