Location
Room was old with signs of damp in bathroom
Location for work
Stairs to rooms - when is the lift going to work?
Central location
Slightly dated and tired
Centrally located
There was mould on shower curtain and bath was not very clean
Top situation: so close to Central Station, everything clean, comfortable bed, good quality of the towels
Location was awesome and so was the Indian place right next door! I also loved the bathtub, which I didn't expect but definitely made use of.
The building definitely needs some love with some mold looking stuff in the bathroom and chipping paint here and there, but easy to overlook with the price, location, and how well everything else is kept.
Good location comfy bed
Rude staff unclean toilets and room
The moment I checked out.
I don’t know how this hotel is even open. The room was disgustingly filthy and unsafe. The only good aspect is the location but there are plenty of other hotels in the area that I will be staying in next time. And it isn’t even a cheap stay so no idea how they justify the prices!
The bed was comfortable. It's very close to the station
No plug in bathroom sink and chips out of the bath
The location couldn't have been better. Right outside Central Station. Staff were friendly and efficient. Room was adequate size, en-suite was big. The room was clean, and was serviced through the day. Good value for money.
The hotel was rather tired looking, but that was reflected in the price.
In an excellent spot for the train station. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. I will stay again.
The bathroom could of done with a bit of tidy up paintwork etc
Not much really this hotel has really gone down standard wise unfortunately we used to love staying here.
The hotel was dirty and wasn't very welcoming.
Central location
Marks on sheets. Outdated appliances with ingrained dirt & chipping paint. Very basic room, definitely overpriced.
Brilliant location - right behind central station and 20 minutes walk away at most from everything in Glasgow. Staff were so lovely and helpful, the entrance/bar area was really nice. Beds comfy and linens clean.
So dirty! Holes in the walls, stains around the window and on the windowsill. Holes in the bath, what looked like mould in the corner of the shower. Our view looked onto what used to be a beer garden but is now broken, dirty, and horrible. Windows fully opened - no safety catches. The elevator was broken (which wasn't an issue at all - staff were very apologetic and informative about it) which meant we had to use the stairs and they were also grotty looking. Carpet coming away from the stairs and a massive cobweb in the window. Really really dated and tired looking, definitely only worth the price for the location.
