Frig in camere.Incalzirea merge 4 ore pe zi.mMicul dejun este fix cu o porție care e aceeași in fiecare dimineață! La micul dejun lipsesc periodic: lamai,zaharina,un fruct,o prăjitură mica,un croasant, farfurii sau coșuri pentru pâine! Nici vorbă de bufet suedez!

Un sejur de excepție!
Pros:

Am petrecut un sejur de neuitat, în compania a patru familii de prieteni.
Am fost foarte încântați de ospitalitatea, confortul si de meniul pus la dispoziție.
Surpriză, a fost piscină, deschisă până la ora 18,00 pentru turiștii ce nu beneficiază de pachete de tratament.

Cons:

Sejurul a fost umbrit de surpriza neplăcută de la malul mării, prin extinderea exagerată a palmei.
Dar pentru acest, lucru Complexul DOINA, nu are nicio vină...este un off, al nostru, ce suntem fani de peste 50 de ani ai Stațiunii Neptun.

Sejur placut
Pros:

Locatia este linistita, departe de agitatia specifica litoralului. Datorita acestui fapt, ne-am putut odihni si relaxa pe deplin. Micul dejun a fost bun, cu produse proaspete și pentru toate gusturile, iar pranzul, cu mancaruri ca la mama acasa. La terasa de la barul hotelului poti savura oricand o cafea buna sau un cocktail, la preturi imbatabile. In fiecare zi, s-a facut curatenie in camera. Tot personalul - ireprosabil.

Cons:

Ar putea fi renovate baile, care sunt invechite si destul de uzate. De asemenea, poate ar trebui sa se verifice functionarea obiectelor din camera, inainte de check-in si aducerea acestora in stare de functionare (spre exemplu, inlocuirea becurilor arse la veioze, schimbarea bateriilor la telecomenzi)
