Locatie relativ buna, personal SUPER fain, cat despre Neptun....no comment....
Pros:

Locatia destul de buna (nu trebuie mers foarte mult pana la cele mai apropiate plaje - Olimp, Neptun partea nordica, etc). Personalul, atat de la receptie cat si de la restaurant, super fain, politicos, serviabil si sociabil. A doua zi am intarziat mult la micul dejun, dar sefa de sala tot s-a oferit sa-mi ofere de mancare, cafea, etc, desi venisem la ceva timp dupa strangerea mesei. Camera curata, baia ok, paturile ok (saltelele un pic cam tari), TV, ok, privelistea din balcon, nimic deosebit. Ca si comfort, ok, dar nimic deosebit, scump pentru o singura noapte (aproape 100 euro pt 2 persoane) la ce ofera, dar era si in plin sezon.

Cons:

Clar nu mi-as petrece concediul 2 saptamani la mare aici (si nu e vorba doar de hotel, cat de oriunde pe litoralul romanesc, Marea Neagra fiind rece chiar si in august, cu salvamarii care te fluiera non-stop chiar si cand valurile nu au nici macar 1 m. Spre deosebire de perioada de glorie (cea de dinainte de 1989), Neptunul a cazut total, hoteluri mai multe ca atunci, dar cele bune sunt ultra-scumpe si cele ieftine sunt un dezastru total:), restaurante cu adevarat bune sunt foarte putine, posibilitati de distractie zero barat, magazine cu kitsch-uri cat cuprinde, cam nimic interesant. Sigur, e de inteles, perioada estivala la noi pe litoral este extrem de scurta ca durata. Vii in iunie-iulie la mare, marea e bocna de rece. Vii in august, preturi care urca pe verticala fara sa fie justificate de conditii si facilitati oferite, hotelierii incearca si ei in putinul timp avut la dispozitie sa scoata profit maxim cu investitii minime, e de inteles, sincer, cumva, cel putin prin comparatie cu turismul montan. Dar preturile pentru ceva de calitate sunt complet aberante raportat la ceea ce se ofera. Nici macar o saptamana n-as veni, dar pentru 2-3 nopti, o iesire de weekend, eventual prelungit, e ok.

Liniștit și relaxant.
Pros:

Mic dejun variat, alimente proaspete. Ca minus, se strângea totul la ora 9.00. Hotel liniștit, cu cerință explicită pentru păstrarea liniștii după 22.30. Recepționere amabile. Piscina curată, îngrijită, cu personal amabil și îndatoritor. Multe lifturi, toate funcționale.

Cons:

Camerele sunt mici, dar așa au fost dintotdeauna. Pe unele holuri mocheta ar trebui schimbată (arată învechită, pătată pe alocuri). Mici probleme cu scurgerea unor țevi, remediate la cerere.

The hotel is very clean ,the staff very friendly and polite, the Manager, lady Marilena Zibileanu is very professional and excellent team player .Yes , I really recommend this hotel to anyone. I also recommend the Policlinica Doina for many kinds of treatments, I feel so good after treatments ,thanks to the Manager ,lady Oana Radu ,Elena the massage therapist, Mariana massage therapist at the Spa .

Good restaurant. Cleaning service of the room. Quiet location (except from time to time the noise of the train station nearby). Spa and medical center with qualified staf. Modern train station in the nearby future.

Cons:

Floor carpet, especially on parterre corridor, and ceiling on the terrace due for replacement. Distance to the beach by foot. Green and public spaces outside the accommodation. No supermarket/pharmacy nearby.
