Pros:

Nice hotel, but right on the main road with loads of heavy trucks. You need to take a taxi to lower Guduari.

Excellent Hotel with magnificent views and well located
Pros:

Friendly staff, Sauna and facilities, breakfast , location, all excellent. For skiing there is a free shuttle to Shino and on the way back we could snowboard until Alpina Hotel and walk 2 minutes to the hotel. Very convenient.

Adequate stay, but limited amenities and location convenience did not reflect the price.
Pros:

Although small, the pool, sauna, and steam room were a welcome addition after a day on the slopes.

Cons:

Stayed three nights. The walls are quite thin and conversations from neighbouring rooms are clearly audible. At approximately 4:00am on one occasion, I contacted reception/security due to noise from other guests.

The hotel is around a 30-minute walk from the main ski area. There is a free shuttle service, but it does not go to the main ski resort. This was not advertised as such by the hotel, but it is something to be aware of when booking.

Dined at the restaurant once. The food was acceptable; however, service was slow and the wait time for food was long.

Breakfast (included in the room rate) was lukewarm and the selection was very limited.

WiFi connection was very poor and unreliable during the stay.

Staff interactions were functional but not particularly welcoming. While there may have been language barriers, overall service felt minimal.

Overall, the stay was satisfactory but unremarkable. Considering the price paid, I would choose alternative accommodation closer to the main ski area for a future visit.

Готовьтесь, что все дороже чем в Европе и сервис очень далек.
Pros:

Вид красивый, не далеко от подъемника, но нужно пользоваться трансфером, чтобы добраться до города. Понравилась работница рецепшн, она хорошо выполняла свою работу и хорошо говорила на русском языке, ресторане можно заказать вкусное вино.

Cons:

Было грязно в номерах, скудный завтрак, в баре при отеле слишком дорого, камера хранения очень грязная, бассейн не чистят вообще, лучше не плавать там!

Персонал - великолепный, всегда помогали, отвечали на все вопросы

Cons:

1. Ресторан - занято было 2 стола, нам час готовили хачапури, если не больше
2. Расположение. Написано - трансфер до подъемника. В реальности трансфер рабоатет в строго ограниченное время, и если ты хочешь оспать - приходится вызывать такси за 40 лари. Также и обратно. Если хочешь вернуться позже закрытия подъемнгиков - вызывай такси. А поесть вресторане в кафе тяжело ибо сомтри п 1
3. Номер достаточно тесный. Душ прям на входе. где стоит обувь. Т.е. если ты пришел после катания и снял обувь, которая еще грязная - потом тебе приходится пытаться как-то протиснуться в ванную между обувью и чистым выходя не наступив в грязь.
5. Трубы работают плохо. Периодически слушал ночью гудение ( или свист, точно ен могу описать ) от труб, когда включали воду. 2 раза прям во время душа отключалась горячая вода.

If I am asked will I stay again I would say definitely yes but lower my expectations, as most probably similar category
Pros:

The front desk is very helpful and speaks good English.

Cons:

The service is pretty basic, poor English speaking staff, went to do sauna but it was not working, no one to help or ask so you are on your own no keys for lockers no towels, the restaurant / breakfast room is very basic, staff customers service specially male staff are not friendly at all. I think the language barrier does not make it easy for them.
