Pros:

Very nice and spacious room with beautiful view on the mountains. Pool and sauna are a great advantage. Very tasty breakfast with plenty of fresh vegetables and fruits.

لو عدت لزيارة الفندق سيكون بسبب مالقيته من حفاوة ولطف وترحاب وخدمة من موظفة الاستقبال وعامل الحقائب.

موظفة الاستقبال رائعة وخدومة ومتعاونة ومرحبة.
أجمل وألطف شخص قابلته في جورجيا.
الفندق الوحيد أيضا الذي يأخذ حقائبك من السيارة ويعاملك بحفاوة ويوجد عامل يساعد النزلاء باستمرار. صحيح أن المصعد كان متعطل لكن لم نضطر لحمل أي شيء أو التعب او حتى طلب مساعدتهم. لأنهم يبادرون بتقديم الخدمة. رائع جدا.

موظفة الاستقبال نينا جعلت الاستقبال رائع ، محترفة ومدربة جداً حيث استقبلتنا من الباب بابتسامه مشرقة واضافة افطار مجاني لحجزنا والعناية والاهتمام على مدار الساعه.
في هذا الفندق شرفة كبيرة ساحرة مطلة على اجمل مكان في جورجيا.

Amazing mountain views and outstanding hospitality, but the sound insulation needs significant improvement.
Pros:

The best part of this hotel is definitely the view. The panoramic mountain scenery is absolutely stunning, and waking up to that view every morning was unforgettable.

The hotel itself is beautiful, with a modern design and great attention to detail. Everything looked stylish and well maintained. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of fresh and tasty food.

The staff were outstanding. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. A special thank you to Nina at the reception, who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay.

Cons:

The biggest downside was the poor sound insulation. We could hear almost everything from neighboring rooms, the hallway, the elevator, and the metal stairs. It made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.

The pool area had a very strong chlorine smell, and the pool itself didn’t look very clean, so we didn’t use it. The sauna, however, was excellent.

The hotel is quite remote. The restaurant at the hotel was good, but there are no pleasant places to walk nearby. The nearest supermarket is not within walking distance, and taxis are quite expensive, usually around 25–30 GEL for a trip.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and always happy to help. The hotel’s location on the mountain road is perfect, offering breathtaking views. We booked a mountain-view room with a balcony, and it exceeded our expectations. The balcony provided amazing privacy, which was especially appreciated as my wife wears a hijab, allowing her to relax comfortably while enjoying the spectacular scenery. The room itself was spacious, spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The breakfast was good with a decent variety of options, and having it on the terrace with the beautiful mountain views made every morning even more enjoyable.

Cons:

Honestly, there wasn’t much to dislike. If I had to mention one small thing, I would say that adding a few more breakfast options would make the experience even better, but overall everything was excellent.

Abbiamo preso la camera Deluxe superior che costava poco più di quella normale. La stanza era davvero bella e pulita e aveva la tv.
C’era l‘area spa che nel complesso era carina ed eravamo da soli tutto il tempo.

Cons:

La piscina non era calda e sembrava un po‘ sporca. La colazione non era male però nulla di eccezionale.
