Not a bad experience it is lacking better service
Pros:

Nice , balcony view , nice rooms and general interior design.

Cons:

Restaurant patio was full of snow and not accessible as no one ever removed the snow. They did not turn on in the ski equipment room the boot drier and they actually told us as we didn’t rent from them that we can’t dry our boots. A lot of humidity issues a shame for a nice hotel like that. Breakfast as the days passed became worse and worse with less things to eat. The last day was the worst.

Pros:

On a vraiment ADORÉ cet hôtel. Petit déjeuner était très copieux et très varié. Eau à la petite piscine était très agréable. Il y avait un endroit avec des jeux. Personnel était très serviable. Un qui mérite de remerciements c’est le Monsieur qui loué les ski. Un home très serviable. Il était très attentif au préparation du matériel du ski, il nous aidait de les porter jusqu’au /de taxi, nous ouvrait la porte d’entré.

Gudauri is great, but the Monte Hotel could do with some maintenance and is quite far out of town
Pros:

On paper the facilities are great, but with a little more effort/maintenance they would be much better.

Cons:

The staff generally spoke very little English. The bar ran out of IPA on the first night and that was it for the week - no restock. The pool was OK but quite cold - not ideal after a day skiing. The equipment in the games room could do with quite a bit of maintenance.

Pros:

Nice hotel, but right on the main road with loads of heavy trucks. You need to take a taxi to lower Guduari.

צוות המלון מקסים סייעו לנו בכל דבר שהיינו צריכות חצבו לנו חניה בשלג ושמרו לנו אותה שכשנחזור נוכל לחנות סמוך, החדר נוח הנוף הכי יפה בעיירה. ארוחת בוקר סבבה ואם מזמינים אומלט בתוספת תשלום קטנה אז האומלט מעולה!! לובי יפה ונעים ומרפסת עם מחממים ונוף מדהים

הדלתות של החדר שירותים ומקלחת שקופות לגמרי וזה מסוכן נתקענו בזכוכית כמה פעמים אולי להוסיף שם איזשהי מדבקה שתדגיש שזו זכוכית

Excellent Hotel with magnificent views and well located
Pros:

Friendly staff, Sauna and facilities, breakfast , location, all excellent. For skiing there is a free shuttle to Shino and on the way back we could snowboard until Alpina Hotel and walk 2 minutes to the hotel. Very convenient.

Cons:

Nothing. All good

Adequate stay, but limited amenities and location convenience did not reflect the price.
Pros:

Although small, the pool, sauna, and steam room were a welcome addition after a day on the slopes.

Cons:

Stayed three nights. The walls are quite thin and conversations from neighbouring rooms are clearly audible. At approximately 4:00am on one occasion, I contacted reception/security due to noise from other guests.

The hotel is around a 30-minute walk from the main ski area. There is a free shuttle service, but it does not go to the main ski resort. This was not advertised as such by the hotel, but it is something to be aware of when booking.

Dined at the restaurant once. The food was acceptable; however, service was slow and the wait time for food was long.

Breakfast (included in the room rate) was lukewarm and the selection was very limited.

WiFi connection was very poor and unreliable during the stay.

Staff interactions were functional but not particularly welcoming. While there may have been language barriers, overall service felt minimal.

Overall, the stay was satisfactory but unremarkable. Considering the price paid, I would choose alternative accommodation closer to the main ski area for a future visit.

Готовьтесь, что все дороже чем в Европе и сервис очень далек.
Pros:

Вид красивый, не далеко от подъемника, но нужно пользоваться трансфером, чтобы добраться до города. Понравилась работница рецепшн, она хорошо выполняла свою работу и хорошо говорила на русском языке, ресторане можно заказать вкусное вино.

Cons:

Было грязно в номерах, скудный завтрак, в баре при отеле слишком дорого, камера хранения очень грязная, бассейн не чистят вообще, лучше не плавать там!
