Worth the price.
Pros:

Location is on the top. Great view. Stuff is great, very helpful and modest. Room is quite big, shower is lovely.

Cons:

It’s a pretty old hotel. You can hear the people walking outside of the door and on the room above.
Food is ok, not many things to pick from.
They say the pool is heated but it’s not really. Around 25’c.

Calming stay with excellent service and beautiful views!
Pros:

I felt very welcomed here, the staff was friendly and was easy to communicate with! The room was excellent with calming colors and wooden details. The view to the mountains was superb🤩 The breakfast varied every day, and was deilicious. They also have good options for different diets like vegans.
I also rented ski equipment and was lucky to get good quality skis and gear.

Will definitely come back if I'll go to Gudauri again!

Disappointment
Pros:

The room/suite was good, great view from the window/terrace.

Cons:

Breakfast and the wellness area were both weak, especially for a hotel of this calibre.

Nice hotel with restaurant and spa, not far from the Shino chairlift
Pros:

I spent one night at Monte Hotel with a group of friends. I booked a Superior Family Room, which was large enough to accommodate myself and three teenage boys. The hotel comes with a nice spa, featuring a small pool, sauna, and steam room. For our group of 15 people, it was perfect -- we had the whole spa to ourselves. The price I paid for the room was very reasonable, reflecting the fact that we were there in April, which is late in the ski season. It was convenient to have a restaurant in the hotel. We enjoyed a nice dinner and breakfast the next morning. The nearest ski lift (Shino) is a bit too far to walk to, but it's a very short drive. The hotel provides a convenient shuttle service which several members of our group took advantage of. I want to thank Nina, who helped me recover my son's backpack, which he accidentally left behind. Nina arranged for the backpack to be transported via Marshrutka to Tbilisi, where we live.

Cons:

I wish our room had more hooks to hang towels and bathrobes. I imagine the spa area (which is not large) could get crowded when the hotel is full. The door to the sauna needs to be repaired (it does not open and close easily). Parking at the hotel appears to be rather limited. It wasn't a problem when we were there, but there weren't many guests. Prices during high season are relatively high, which has discouraged us from staying at Monte in the past.

Really nice property, staff was really friendly and the chairs on the sun deck were amazing. We had the hotel all to ourselves which was an amazing experience as well.

Çok fazla müslüman ve yahudi müşterisi olmasına rağmen ,sabah kahvaltılarında açık büfede bulunan salam,sucuk gibi yiyeceklerin domuz ürünü olup olmadığının beirtilmemesini hiç sevmedim.

The hotel is located between the mountains and has great views from the room. Warm, clean.

Cons:

I did not like the reception staff + the breakfast staff. On arrival, the lady at reception was polite. However, she did not give the essential information about the hotel + the wrong breakfast timing. She mentioned that breakfast was until 12, but it was until 10, so we nearly missed our breakfast. The next day, once returned to the hotel, the male receptionist did not bother to great. It looked like he was busy on his phone. Breakfast was very poor on our departure day. We arrived at 09:20 and it was barely any food left. Disappointed. The doorman was extremely nice. He was very warm and welcoming.

Not a bad experience it is lacking better service
Pros:

Nice , balcony view , nice rooms and general interior design.

Cons:

Restaurant patio was full of snow and not accessible as no one ever removed the snow. They did not turn on in the ski equipment room the boot drier and they actually told us as we didn’t rent from them that we can’t dry our boots. A lot of humidity issues a shame for a nice hotel like that. Breakfast as the days passed became worse and worse with less things to eat. The last day was the worst.

Pros:

On a vraiment ADORÉ cet hôtel. Petit déjeuner était très copieux et très varié. Eau à la petite piscine était très agréable. Il y avait un endroit avec des jeux. Personnel était très serviable. Un qui mérite de remerciements c’est le Monsieur qui loué les ski. Un home très serviable. Il était très attentif au préparation du matériel du ski, il nous aidait de les porter jusqu’au /de taxi, nous ouvrait la porte d’entré.
