Nice top floor room. Great location.
My room was exceptionally comfortable and impeccably maintained throughout my stay. The warm, cozy atmosphere made it a perfect place to stay after a long day. Kudos to the housekeeping team for their attention to detail. Abanob and the rest of the reception team were very friendly and accommodating!
Location great the man on reception very helpful
The bed was uncomftable and the base was too big for the matress only 1 pillow and they were very lumpy and rubbish the stairs were very marrow and the ones outside to the property were quite high. The door to the shower was going rotten at the bottom and there was a strange odour. The blinds at the windows were broken and taped up seen better days generally needs updating.
Only the location.
The key card did not work on the door to the main building and the 24 hour reception was not present. One of the contact numbers didn't work. The phone number on the front of the hotel didn't work. The other two available numbers rang until we got an automated message back stating nobody was available to take out call. All of this meant we spent over 3 hours outside waiting to be let in. When we did eventually get let in we received no apology.
everything was perfect, friendly Stuff, clean
nothing
Staff is nice
Property need renovation.. not worth for the price i paid
It was very central and had a lovely sea view
It was a bit dated and scruffy in certain areas
excellent location good value for money, facilities were okay

The young man in reception was so kind and attractive
It’s located on the seafront, very close to the Palace Pier and the Old Steine. It has no other redeeming features.
It’s only other attraction is that it’s cheap (though there are others nearby that are nearly as inexpensive). Don’t be fooled! This is a false economy. It’s not even worth what they charge.
The hotel is shabby and tatty and has a sad atmosphere of neglect. The decoration is old and dated and dirty. Our room had a broken wardrobe door and two faulty bedside lamps.
Reception staff were apathetic and uninterested. I didn’t see any other staff.
There was somebody else’s dirty squeegee hair pband on the bed when we arrived.
We booked two nights. When we came back in the early evening our room had not been serviced, when we queried the receptionist told us they would clean the room when we leave. They didn’t understand that this is inadequate. We didn’t stay the second night. Went to another hotel along the street which was very comfortable and good value for money.
Great location, the room was very comfy , warm and the view from windows is lovely.
In the middle of the night a group of people arrived upstairs and they proceeded to play extremely loud heavy bass music, shouting and dropping stuff and it all went on for hours. We complained the music was turned down but they kept parting until we left in the morning.. hotel management needs to react more efficiently with complaints..
Only two towels provided.,.(For two guests)
Nothing
Everything.
Excellent location, very close to the seafront and town
The fact I'd got a room in such short notice
Single bed was very lumpy, mattress topper wouldn't go amiss! Cold rum in arrival window wide open, plus heating came on at 8pm, should be on from 2pm to 8pm. Shower not very powerful, TV didn't work and hairdryer on the wall not working. Plug next to bed had front cover hanging loose
