No fuss and easy access
Pros:

Friendly staff. They spoke good English and were happy to help with taxi booking and restaurant suggestions. The breakfast was excellent - "full Turkish" - prepared when you arrive at the restaurant area and delivered to your table. The room had a mini-kitchen with microwave, work-surface and large domestic-size fridge, proper kitchen sink, tea, coffee and water provided. The shower room and other bathroom facilities were excellent. Plenty of wardrobe space with a small safe inside.

Cons:

There seemed to be a power socket issue affecting a third of the room which meant the TV did not work neither did the desk light (the cable for the light was coiled round the base so I assumed it was a long-term issue). The kitchen area was fine and all the other lighting and air conditioning. We didn't miss the TV as there is just too much to do in Istanbul - in fact we were so busy we didn't even mention the power issue to reception so it's perhaps unfair to bring it up now.

Definitely my first choice to stay in Istanbul for my next trip again.
Pros:

Location is great, room was spacious and really clean, staffs were really nice and helpful, they arranged our going back to airport transportation even it was really early travel without any problem. Breakfast is really good highly recommend to get when you order room totally worth it. I’ll consider to stay again when I’m back in Istanbul.

Das Hotel ist hervorragend
Pros:

Ich war mittlerweile zum vierten Mal im Broyt Hotel und bin jedes Mal aufs Neue begeistert. Zwischen meinem dritten und vierten Aufenthalt lagen ungefähr zwei Jahre – und trotzdem ist die Qualität nach wie vor genauso gut wie zuvor.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, komfortabel und hochwertig ausgestattet. Die Möbel und die gesamte Einrichtung wirken sehr gepflegt und qualitativ. Auch in den Badezimmern sind weiterhin hochwertige Produkte vorhanden. Nichts wirkt kaputt, abgenutzt oder vernachlässigt. Besonders angenehm sind die sehr bequemen Matratzen, sodass man wirklich gut schlafen kann.

Das Personal ist äusserst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Bei Fragen oder Anliegen waren immer kompetente Ansprechpartner da und Probleme wurden direkt und unkompliziert gelöst.

Auch das Restaurant hat uns sehr gut gefallen und das Frühstück schmeckt ebenfalls sehr gut.

Die Lage ist für mich einer der grössten Pluspunkte. Sobald man aus dem Hotel kommt, befindet man sich direkt an der Bağdat Caddesi. Wenn man die Strasse entlangläuft, findet man unzählige Geschäfte wie Zara, H&M, Intimissimi, Sephora und sogar einen Apple Store. Gleichzeitig ist man nur eine Strasse vom Meer entfernt. Dort gibt es Sand und Strand, einen Spielplatz sowie viele kleine Cafés, in denen man gemütlich einen Kaffee trinken oder ein Dessert geniessen kann.

Auch für Familien mit Kindern finde ich die Lage sehr angenehm. Auf der asiatischen Seite und insbesondere rund um die Bağdat Caddesi leben viele Familien. Man sieht im Alltag sehr viele Eltern mit Kindern und die Gegend wirkt lebendig, gepflegt und familienfreundlich. Ich persönlich habe mich dort zu keiner Zeit unsicher gefühlt.

Auch im Hotel selbst habe ich mich sehr sicher gefühlt. Für den Lift benötigt man die eigene Zimmerkarte, sodass man nur Zugang zu den jeweiligen Etagen hat. Von aussen kann nicht einfach jeder ins Hotel kommen und anschliessend zu den Zimmern gelangen.

Cons:

Tek olumsuz nokta olarak, kaldığımız odadaki klimanın kapalı olduğu zamanlarda bile zaman zaman oldukça fazla ses çıkardığını belirtmek isteriz. Sanırım cihazın bir bakım veya kontrolden geçmesi gerekiyor. Genel olarak çok memnun kaldığımız konaklamamızın daha da iyi hale gelmesi adına, bu küçük eleştirimizin dikkate alınmasını rica ederiz.

Pros:

Everything was great, but I especially want to highlight the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful and always willing to go the extra mile. They helped us with everything we needed and arranged our transfers both from and to the airport.

What impressed us most was that, since we had a very early morning flight, they even prepared sandwiches for us to take on the way. Such a thoughtful gesture and a perfect example of their hospitality.

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!
