Friendly place and comfortable Staff is very polite and ready to help. Overall Fantastic place.
Pros:

Host was fantastic very knowledgeable and was happy to help whenever needed. Location of facility is very safe and easy to access. Food was good we had lot of meat on our travels in Hunza then Raahi hotel offered Daal and rice which was yummy. I loved the setup of the place . Nice balcony and comfortable sitting area to watch TV.

It was a very comfortable and peaceful stay and the courteous staff service made it even more comfortable and leisurely
Pros:

The property was sparkling clean and staff was always ready to serve

Cons:

The location is a little away from the city so it is best if you are getting away from the city rush but if you want to have the city facilities near you then this location is a little away. One improvement can be made in the property by making it more friendly for little kids adding a swing or a slide. Another thing, Eexcessive load shedding in the area was managed by GenSet but in the end even GenSet stopped working :)
