Very dirty prison feeling
Pros:

The location was great and the view from the terrace on the roof was very nice

Cons:

- there were bugs and mini cockroaches in the room
- it was dirty
- there is a window in the wall up high in the bathroom where anyone would be able to climb throug -->no security
- the room looked and felt like we were in prison

Cons:

Faites attention, deux chambres dans ce logement sont insalubres,(celles du rez-de-chaussée) il nous a été impossible d'y dormir tellement la moisissure et les odeurs étaient importantes. Aucune possibilité d'aération, nous avons eu des migraines dès la première heure. Nous avons du trouver un autre logement et le propriétaire n'en avait rien a faire, il nous a fait croire qu'il allait nous rembourser mais évidemment il ne l'a pas fait.

Great hotel
Pros:

I really enjoyed Sunset Guesthouse; the place is very comfortable, and the location is excellent. The rooftop terrace has an incredible view of the lake. The staff is excellent and helped me with all my questions.

A great place, close to everything!
Pros:

Close to everything - cafes, restaurants, travel agencies, and to the boats that can take you everywhere. Also, the kitchen upstairs was great with a nice view and was a good wifi so I could work smoothly. the room was very comfy. The staff was very kind and helpful :).

Cons:

I was there when the feria de flores was going on - it was very loud and I wasn't able to get a good sleep…
But it has nothing to do with the property itself. Just make sure what time of the year you are planning to visit.

Centrale ligging en mooi dakterras, maar de vochtige/muffe kamer en gehorigheid vielen tegen.
Pros:

- De ligging van de accommodatie was goed, erg centraal
- Het dakterras had een mooi uitzicht
- Gemeenschappelijke keuken waar je kan koken
- Je kan gratis gebruik maken van wasmachine en droger

Cons:

- Kamer rook muffig en naar vocht, wij hadden het idee dat er schimmel in de kamer en badkamer was (en overheen geverfd) en voelden ons (en voor de gezondheid) hier niet fijn bij
- Klein bed
- Gehorig, je hoort geluiden van buiten en andere kamers

Muy caro para lo que hay
Pros:

- La terraza con nevera y congelador.
- Ubicación
- Lavadora y secadora gratis si compras detergent
- Siendo 8, teníamos el sitio para nosotros solos

Cons:

- Olia mucho a humedad y a insecticida.
- Encontramos una cucharacha, que matamos y no la limpiaron en toda la estancia. Aun dijeron que habían limpiado las zonas comunes.
- O pagas con cash o con tarjeta con 6% adicional. Pagamos con cash y no tenia NADA de cambio.
- Habitaciones sin ventana en el piso de abajo
- El baño externo privado esta en la terraza arriba y estaba en pesimas condiciones aun peor que los otros.
- No habia toallas suficientes, y las q habia estaban algo sucias, como las sabanas.
- Habia que suplicar que vinieran a limpiar y cambiar toallas.
- En una habitación no hay aire acondicionado, que hace falta.
- Las camas incomodas y suenan mucho
- En general, el sitio estaba sucio.

La atención y el lugar era bueno calidad precio.
Tiene lavadora y Secadora y una pequeña cocina

Cons:

El agua del lavatorio olía mal como a huevo podrido, pero tienen agua potable filtrada en la terraza entonces usábamos esa sin problema

Pros:

The location was convenient and within walking distance of great restaurants and other stuff. There's a comfy terrace with an okay view on the top story.

Cons:

The bathroom had a mostly used toilet paper roll and they didn't have any extra so had to buy some at like 2 am. Luckily there's a 24/7 store a few minutes away. The keys to the main door key getting stuck, I thought I was just flubbing it but met another guest that had the same problem. I couldn't figure out if there was construction at the hotel or right next door but getting woken up by hammering and sawing is always a pain.

L’emplacement et le rooftop

Cons:

La chambre était en sous sol, pas de fenêtre, une odeur d’humidité terrible, il faisait très chaud dans la chambre et le ventilateur faisait un très gros bruit. On entendait vraiment tout, les voisins dans la chambre à côté et dans le couloir ….

Pros:

La vie sur le lac de la terrasse. La gentillesse de yaneri, la jeune femme qui s'occupe d'entretenir le lieu. Le fait de pouvoir cuisiner. J'ai pu entrer dans le logement et profiter de la terrasse en attendant que ma chambre soit prête.

Pros:

Die Aussicht von der Dachterrasse ist mega,.Küche mit Kaffee und Tee ausgestattet. Sehr zentral, aber die Halbinsel ist sehr klein. Alles in de Nähe

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist sehr klein, aber ausreichend. Fenster vorhanden, aber zum Flur hin, also kein Ausblick. Dusche nur kaltes Wasser

Bien ubicado. Cerca de restaurantes.
Pros:

Es una casa de tres plantas. Tiene una terraza donde esta la cocina con vistas al lago. Se puede hacer la colada con lavadora y secadora gratis. Es cómodo para cocinar aunque el supermercado esta al otro lado del puente. Si hay una tiendecita cerca.

Cons:

Algunas de las sartenes y ollas para cocinar estaban ya viejas.
