Worst Cleanliness, TV & Wifi not does not works, No mobile network coverage inside room, no intercom phone in room.
The location of the hotel was very good
Lift was not working, TV was not wirking, no water glass in room. Rooms were very shabby.
Not liked much in the property
Receptionist tell me to cancel the booking and saying less amount compare to booking.com. when it's raining, water coming inside the room . I am not see any facilities inside the hotel.

Room was not good, bed dirty and they took more money then the online price and rude behaviour and I suggest you to not to stay in that hotel
No breakfast was available
Used Linen was provided, traces of earlier marks all over Bed sheets and pillows were seen. Floor was not cleaned properly. Bathroom had no mesh, Pigeons were sitting on the window shelf with no mesh outside. No Toiletry was provided except 1 small soap, no slippers.
The manager behaved very rudely, though the other staff behaved decently, the first room slloted could not br opened after I checked in and kept my luggage inside. It could b unlocked after 30 min.
THE PHOTOS OF ROOM DISPLAYED ONLINE ON BOOKING.COM WERE NOT NEAR TO WHAT FILTHY ROOMS WAS OFFERED. I BOOKED SINGLE BED ROOM BUT AFTER SEEING THE SIZE OF ROOM (THAT OF A WASHROOM TO BE PRECISE) AND FILTH, I ASKED FOR A DOUBLE BED ROOM.

According to Booking.com, the total room rent was approximately ₹585, plus ₹70 in tax. However, the receptionist insisted on an additional ₹250, claiming it was their tax value. As a result, I chose not to check in.
Additionally, the receptionist displayed rude and arrogant behavior, which was concerning. I also witnessed them treating other guests harshly.
I strongly recommend reconsidering the listing of Hotel Joyce on Booking.com to prevent future guests from having similar experiences. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
