El hotel es una casa muy bonita que supieron adaptar para que sea un hotel Boutique. Las instalaciones están muy bien, pero sobre todo, la atención de la recepcionista Martha, es excelente, uno se siente no en un hotel, sino como en un hogar. Es la segunda vez que me alojo en el hotel durante mis viajes a Tepatitlán. Altamente recomendado para todos aquellos que quieran alojarse en el centro de la ciudad, todas las comodidades y negocios están en las cercanías.
L'hotel c'est superbe, au coeur de la ville, oú vous pouvez trouver toutes les atractive touristiques et les services. Les services d'hotel sont de grande qualité, mais sourtour l'attention et services de la recepcioniste Martha deviennet que l'hebergement dans l'hotel soit comme une maison.

We would go back with our friends for a roadtrip!

I chose this location near Centro because I needed easy access to Hospital Real San Lucas for cataract surgery. The only issue for some would be the stairs to the second floor. It was not an issue for us, and Mara and the Staff went out of their way to help us get food delivered and order Taxis to help us get back and forth to the hospital. We liked it so well we stayed on both occasions when we had to be at the hospital. We enjoyed the historic downtown area, food at Bistro 77 was particularly good by delivery service, AND the whole place was beautifully decorated and maintained. LOVED IT!

it was marvelous & felt like home
Pros:

i cant say enough how great this hotel was. it was in the perfect location, close walking distance to the plaza. the staff was so friendly and very attentive. it was clean, safe, modern, it truly felt like a home. i saw some old reviews say there was no air conditioner or private bathrooms but they must have renovated & added a/c and bathrooms to the rooms because our room and my dads room had all the amenities. 10/10 across the board for me, i would most definitely stay there again.

Location is perfect! Walking distance to the Mercado. Many food options as well. The staff were awesome very respectful and helpful. The property is beautiful and welcoming.

Great room, service and value! Just be sure your room doesn’t face the street.

Beautiful hotel, very modern with great staff and hospitality.

Cons:

Our room faced the street and it was so noisy. Didn’t get much sleep because of people reving their motorcycles and blasting their music at all hours of the night.
