O ar condicionado do quarto 224 fazia um barulho que incomodava demais.
fiquei intermináveis minutos na rececpção aguardando meu check in , apenas um atendente e era novato , conjuge e café da manhã tem taxa adicional, o que torna o hotel mais caro que os demais da cidade , não tem elevador e o quarto ficava num piso superior com escadas o que dificulta idosos levar suas malas e não tem ninguem para ajudar , o ar condicionado é um trambolho que não tem regulagem, melhor deixar desligado e suportar o calor tradicional da cidade, no quarto que fiquei o barulho era ensurdecedor lá fora, provavelmente de algum outro ar com problema, o que deixa o hospede passar a noite em claro por causa do barulho e calor , o hotel é relativamente novo , bom acesso para as garagens mas não recomendo mesmo por uma noite apenas, como foi o meu caso, que estava apenas de passagem.

No ato da contratação estava incluso o café da manhã,no momento do check in,me foi informado que não e que eu deveria pagar sobre o serviço.
O ar condicionado não funciona de forma correta e por se tratar de um lugar bem quente ,passamos muito calor.
