Pros:

The location was very good very close to Sirkechi metro station. Breakfast was included and it was very satisfying and rich with everything that you need for the morning.

La amabilidad del personal fue Increíble, realmente nos hicieron sentir muy bien en nuestra estancia, la calidad del hotel y los servicios sobrepasó por mucho el precio pagado. La ubicación es increíble, pudimos caminar en pocos minutos a las principales atracciones que teníamos previsto visitar en Estambul.

Rien horrible comme prestation.

Hôtel non seulement sale, mais aussi une véritable arnaque au vu du prix. Aucun confort, les meubles datent des années 60, voire pire, et une forte odeur de moisissure est présente.

Le personnel n’est pas serviable, et le petit-déjeuner… je préfère ne même pas en parler. La navette proposée par l’hôtel est également une arnaque totale. Les prix changent d’un jour à l’autre, sans aucune fiabilité.

Nous avons séjourné à trois, et la chambre était à peine adaptée, même pour un étudiant.

Dans les toilettes, il n’y avait ni shampoing ni gel douche. Les lits sont inconfortables et ne correspondent en rien aux photos.

Si vous envisagez de réserver cet hôtel, réfléchissez-y à deux fois avant !

Мы останавливались с подругами в этом отеле на праздники, нам всё понравилось: соотношение цены и качества, вежливый персонал, чистота и удобство, вкусные завтраки, отличное расположение. При отеле функционирует недорогой ресторан с доступными ценами, рядом находятся большинство исторических достопримечательностей. Отдельная благодарность всему персоналу отеля: Мустафе, Джанеру, Нур и всем остальным. Рекомендую этот отель в качестве хорошего варианта.

The hotel is greatly located, literally 1mn from sirkecintrain station that is linked to Sabiha airport, and a very popular place, many restaurants shops around .. it a walk away from yeni cami and mahmutpaşa for shopping lovers, a walk away from Gulhane and Aya Sofia/ Siltanahmet
The room is spacious, great view on a mini garden and the city, it had a minibar, a safe, TV, hangers, towels, shampoos … the matress was comfortable
They were so nice to serve Suhoor as we visited during Ramadan, and it was very pleasant

The hotel’s location was excellent — just a 6-minute walk to Hagia Sophia, which made exploring the city very convenient.

During Ramadan, they thoughtfully offered an early breakfast, which made our stay especially comfortable and accommodating.

The housekeeping service was very considerate and always asked whether cleaning was needed, respecting our privacy and preferences.

The airport transfer was arranged perfectly — everything was smooth, well-organized, and very prompt.

Overall, a great experience with attentive service and a fantastic location.
