全体的にきれいなホテルでした。
スタッフの皆さんはとても良い感じの人達でした。
毎日の清掃もきれいにしてくれていたと思います。
朝食のメニューは、品数は少なく感じるかもしれないけれど、十分だと思われます。
味も良かったです。
シャワーの水圧や温度も、かろうじて合格かな。
エアコンも良く効いてました。
部屋はカードキーで、そのキーを壁のところに挿すとすべての電源が入るという、よくある感じなのですが、
このホテルに限らずいつも思う事なのですが、
冷蔵庫の電源だけは常時電源にすることはできないのだろうか？
冷蔵庫の中に有料のドリンクが入っているのだけど、昼間に観光している間に冷蔵庫の電源が切れるから冷えてないんですよね。
冷蔵庫だけでも常時電源につながっていると良いなと思われます。
ともあれ、全体的に良い滞在ができるホテルであると思いました。
私にとって不快な虫を1匹だけ、小さいのを見かけました。
As always the stay is excellent. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Common areas very nice.

Location was great. Plenty of restaurants, bus services, cruise terminal were all close by. Easy walk to Royal Palace.
The room was clean, the bed very comfortable with good pillows. The room was dark for a good sleep. There was very little noise.
There was no hot water. The shower head was difficult to direct and the shower was over a bath tub. This makes it difficult to get in and out of the shower.

Room was spacious and clean. Staff friendly when first arrived however did not have much to do with them after. Breakfast was good, good selection of Asian food. Did not use the pool looked small. Location a bit out so best to get tuk tuks

The staff were lovely and friendly. Good breakfast with excellent coffee. Beds were comfortable. Room was a good size. Excellent shower.

The position is good for those wanting to be a little distant from the riverside part of the city, which tends to be very busy. Staff were very friendly and have good English skills. Good value for money. The small gym and small pool on the rooftop were appreciated and the view was good.
The breakfast choice overall was sufficient, but the "hot" food choices were no more than lukewarm.
Very nice hotel and friendly staff. clean and relaxing. Well located - you can move around easily with GRAB by car or Tuk Tuk.
