Um estadia agradável
Pros:

O hotel é bem localizado, o quarto é confortável e os funcionários são muito gentis. A vista do quarto também é excelente!

Cons:

As instalações do banheiro são bem antigas. As roupas de cama, apesar de limpas, já estão em tempo de substituição. O ponto mais fraco foi o café da manhã, com poucas opções e pouca explicação.

Pros:

Great location for Diu town attractions. And near the bus stand. My room was small but quite functional. There was a kettle, fridge, hairdryer and a balcony with a nice view. The place is quite clean.

Cons:

The towels are not properly washed. It can get noisy at night when people aroud drink too much.

Rooms were clean.

Cons:

I had made my booking on booking.com. they only gave me 1 hours check in which was not suitable for me so when I arrived at the hotel they had cancelled my booking. The same for our friends that had booked another 2 rooms.
We found out that they had sold the rooms for more that we had booked for. Disgraceful!

Great location
Pros:

The location of the property is good....view from balcony room was good, staff was very helpful. We had to start early in the day, before the time they start serving breakfast so they packed a good amount of breakfast for us. size of the room was good and the garden restaurant provided variety of food options.

Cons:

Nothing as such......just on first day of our stay there was strange smell in the passage but the staff of hotel ensured that same is taken care immediately

Stay was good with issues about location
Pros:

Room was good including bathroom

Cons:

Location was poor. Car could not reach the property due to road work. Hotel could have proactively helped customers to reach the property without hassles. There was lift up to 3rd floor and my room was in 4th floor. Also breakfast was not included in the plan which I was not sure about. Booking.com should also take care about sharing the original features of the booking.
