PEGGIOR LODGE IN CUI SIA MAI STATO IN AFRICA, MANAGEMENT INCOMPETENTE, FUORIPREZZO
Pros:

La posizione sul fiume e la vista erano molto belle, il cino buono

Cons:

Nonostante abbia pagato una tariffa con tasse e costi inclusi sono stato costretto a pagare altri 280 dollari di park fees per accedere alla struttura (che era all’interno del parco). In tutti i lodge in cui sono stato in Africa le park fees sono sempre state incluse nella tariffa della camera.
Sono stato 1 ora al gate del parco perchè dato che non sapevo che dovevo pagare questa tassa, non avevo contanti con me. La manager dell’hotel sapendo che ero bloccato fuori non ha dato nessuna assistenza, dicendo che non era un problema loro.
Per il resto, arrivato al lodge ho scoperto che i game drive e le attività non erano incluse e andavano pagate a parte.
Nessuno mi ha domandato che attività avrei voluto fare il giorno seguente (cosa di loro interesse visto che erano soldi che pagavo in piu) sono dovuto andare io a chiedere che attività si potevano fare e di prenotarmi un game drive.
La stanza non aveva l’aria condizionata, solo un ventilatore.
Lo staff era gentile, ma completamente impreparato.
Rapporto qualità/prezzo pessimo, quelo che ho ricevuto non valeva assolutamente 710 dollari a notte!

Pros:

The room is well designed and decorated. The private pool is the best. Everything is much better than in the pictures.

Cons:

Actually, everything is good. Be aware that as a foreigner you should pay 70$ per person and night, in cash, at the entrance of the park.
