A peaceful place with great service that makes you want to stay longer.
Pros:

I don’t usually write reviews, but after reading some of the negative comments here, something really encouraged me to share my own experience.

I originally booked this hotel for two nights. It felt good, so I extended my stay by three more nights. After that, I ended up canceling my trip to Thailand and stayed here for an additional two weeks.

I’ve seen a few comments describing this place as boring or lifeless. I think some people confuse “quiet” with “boring.” This is truly a place for healing and slowing down, a chance to escape the noise and pollution of the city while still being close to nature. It’s just a few steps from the beach, with restaurants and cafés nearby, which is more than enough for me. The surroundings may not be perfect, but in my opinion, they are far more pleasant than Sunset Town or Grand World, where you have to listen to fireworks or loud music every night. That can be fun once or twice, but it’s not ideal for a longer stay.

As for the hotel itself, I found it to be excellent for the price. I believe some guests expect too much compared to what they are paying. For what I received here, I would easily pay seven or eight times more in the United States. Everything met my expectations, but what impressed me the most was the staff. They do their jobs very well, and you can truly feel that they enjoy what they do. Any questions or issues I had were handled quickly through WhatsApp, which was incredibly convenient.

I also spoke with an American family who have been staying here for many years and return every year for their holidays. That alone says a lot. I believe the negative reviews come from temporary emotions of a few guests and do not reflect the true essence of this place at all.

Very lovely hotel
Pros:

Loved the hotel. The location is amazing in my view as I prefer quiet over noisy environments and this hotel was in a very peaceful location. It had everything for a very comfortable stay and staff were amazing , went above and beyond. I definitely recommend this hotel, it's located near in my view one of the best looking beaches in phu quoc. The waterfront area in itself is very lovely and clean.

החדר היה נקי, שקט, נעים, מרווח ומואר והיה בו כל מה שהיה נחוץ לנו במשך שהותנו (כולל בקבוקי מים שניתנו מידי יום).
המארחים היו אדיבים, מחוייכים, זמינים לכל שאלה וסייעו בעת הצורך לאורך ימי שהותנו במלון.
המלון במרחק הליכה של 2-3 דקות מהחוף הקרוב, באזור שקט ונעים. יש מתחם של בריכות אזורי שנמצא גם כן קרוב.

Cons:

לפרקי זמן קצרים לא היו מים חמים במקלחת והייתה ירידה קלה בזרם המים, אך זה לא היה קריטי לנו, שכן לרוב המים היו נעימים וחמים.

Pour une nuit c’est ok mais pas plus car c’est glauque

La personne qui nous avait accueilli était sympa.
La localisation de l’hôtel est près de la mer.

Cons:

La chambre n’était pas bien insonorisé, du coup la dernière nuit on à quasiment par dormi car les voisins d’au-dessus faisaient la fête.
La literie était dure, le ménage est fait uniquement sur demande, il n’y à jamais personne à l’accueil du coup il faut envoyer un message pour chaque demande.
Le village où est situé l’appartement est un peu glauque, il n’y a pas grand monde et il se passe pas grand chose.
De plus il est difficile de trouver un endroit correct ou manger dans le coin.
Nous avons regretté d’avoir réservé 4 jours au même endroit, on aurait du bouger ailleurs

部屋が広く、清潔でエアコンもあるので快適でした。オーナーもフレンドリーで気持ちよく滞在できました。
リゾートホテルがたくさん並んでいるエリアで、美味しいカフェもあったので朝ごはんはそちらでいただきました。

Pros:

Super friendly and welcoming! My kids loved the little girl and the cat. The owners were amazing to us and accommodated every question we had, helped us with all information. The property was in a quiet place with lots of empty buildings.

Great hotel in a great location.
Pros:

The hotel was absolutely wonderful and the staff was exceptionally helpful. The room was exactly as advertised and great for a family of four. The pool is shared between several hotels in the marina complex and is a good size and never really busy. Close to the beach. You can either sit on the beach for free, pay for lounge chairs at one of the places on the beach (about $2 per lounger) or buy a drink from the Sailing Club (about $5-7) to sit in theirs. Great location and we will definitely be back.

Pros:

Beautiful and large pools. Very close to the beach. Quiet neighbourhood and very safe.

Cons:

The water pressure is weak at times and drains are easily clogged by the sand. Make sure you shower at the beach before coming back.
