Friendly, clean..a great find.
Pros:

Lovely hotel and inn. Stayed one night and had both dinner and breakfast. Both lovely. Rooms are clean and have everything you need for a great nights sleep.

Overnight stay for Bristol
Pros:

Handy location to Bristol airport. The hotel was in a quiet location. Check-in and check out was very easy.

Perfect stay!
Pros:

This was formally a Premier Inn. It has been completely refurbished to high standard throughout the food and the staff were excellent. We used this hotel as a stopover for Bristol Airport will definitely be returning.

Cons:

Only negative is very steep awkward steps up to the rooms from the reception area not ideal if you have mobility issues it's a challenge wrestling heavy cases up and down.

Great location great nights sleep
Pros:

Location near the airport easy parking nice rooms

Cons:

No plugs at bedside food very slow in restaurant we waited over an hour .They did apologise. Portions were quite small

Pros:

I was given a free upgrade and it was a lovely spacious room. The hotel is very nicely decorated and clean. I also had Scampi/chips and peas which was delicious.

All together very pleasant stay and very comfortable room, with lovely sitting area in bay window.
Pros:

I had Eggs Royal, which was very nice, plenty of salmon, poached eggs soft. My husband had the full cooked breakfast, personalised to his taste. Service was good & attentive.

Cons:

Our evening meal was slightly delayed due to the number of guests dining; however, the staff apologised for the delay and kept us updated. Very pleasant & attentive staff.

It was pretty good, would stay again.
Pros:

Staff were exceptional.

Cons:

We were allocated a disabled room which had so many hand rails that we could hardly use the shower.
Room was very basic, clothes hanging facilities were extremely limited. Dining menu was limited & most of the specials had sold out on both nights.

Would recommend to a friend & stay again
Pros:

Full of character. Friendly staff & lively welcome. Good breakfast - just a bit slow, self severe on tea & coffee would have eased the staff burden. Comfy room with adaptable temperature. Clean room .

Entrance to access wasn’t particularly well lit.
