Excellent experience
Pros:

Newly redecorated. Exceptional friendly staff and although we were using it for a pre holiday airport stopover so didn’t eat there, the menu and food going out looked very nice. We did have a couple of drinks and spoke with 3 staff members who were all great. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Comfortable, modern surrounding and lovely staff!
Pros:

We had an early morning flight so had booked here as it is only a 15 minute drive to the Silver Zone parking. It was a risky booking for us as we had visited this place last year for a drink and it was honestly horrendous, dirty, outdated and not a very nice atmosphere. WHAT A DIFFERENCE NOW! The place is clean, beautifully decorated and the staff are lovely. Check in was easy and asked if we wanted to book a table for dinner. It was easy to find our room and the room was brilliant, clean, good size and tea and coffee facilities. The food was lovely and all home cooked in the restaurant and the staff were lovely and welcoming! There are also lovely views from the widow seats and I'd imagine in the summer the terrace will be lovely - however it was constant rain when we visited!

Cons:

Only thing i could mention is no milk in the room for tea/coffee. Other than that, everything was A*.

Fantastic location, ckean property & very friendly helpful staff
Pros:

The breakfast was ample. I love the location as it’s close to the airport. Free parking & very friendly helpful staff. I will definitely book again!

Cons:

Maybe an extra couple tea bags in the room but to be honest I didn’t think to ask at reception for extra. I like a hot drink at bedtime & one again when I get out of bed.

Quick overnight stay after late flight
Pros:

Close to airport

Cons:

We paid for bk fast and had a late flight in we were not advised we couldn’t have it only continental until the morning as kitchen had maintenance staff tried there best and were very accommodating just lack of communication bed and room was adequate very clean and it’s a great location if flying early or arriving late will come back so we get the full experience

Excellent stay . No complaints. Perfect for a holiday early start
Pros:

Booked for a stay over before an early flight and it was a great stay. Room was very comfortable and clean . Food was excellent as was the service in the restaurant. Staff were friendly and made us feel very welcome.The log burner was lit in the restaurant and it gave the restaurant a lovely homely feeling.

Terrible. Mainly due to staff attitude and cold good.
Pros:

Room was run down. Paint pealing.

Cons:

Staff rude. Had breakfast with friends. 45 minutes wait and we were in a hurry as driving for 3 hours home. For it to all come out cold.
Spoke to lady running restaurant. She was rude. Didn’t care it was cold.
Told us should have spoken up which we did. Could not wait another 45 minutes. So ate what we could.

Excellent Stay
Pros:

We received a very friendly welcome, in fact throughout our stay the staff could not have been nicer. The food in the restaurant was very tasty ( Lamb Hotpot ) and breakfast was delicious ( Eggs Florentine ). The hotel is ideal if you are flying from Bristol Airport, we will definitely stay again.

Pros:

Beautifully renovated hotel with a lovely ambience plenty of parking and a great location. Very friendly and obliging staff on check in and a super dog friendly atmosphere. The dining facilities and food was great so altogether a very enjoyable stay.
